    Your video helped spur me on to buying this gaming beast, can't wait to play around with it! I've been rocking the Samsung S8 for around 5 years now and it's been a great phone to use (still is) but I've fancied an upgrade for a while now and for me, this is the major upgrade I've been looking for. Great video as always, keep up the amazing work! :D

      @ShockGazm Před 2 lety

      @@bluememe4652 Yo! So, I've personally never cared too much about camera quality but the quality is pretty decent with this phone. I previously used a samsung s8 and the camera quality on that phone was enough for me so coming from that phone to this one is an upgrade but I bought this phone for the flagship gaming performance. If you love taking pictures and videos, I'd skip this phone because it's not really made for those two in mind. Don't get me wrong they are both descent on this phone but again, this is a top tier gaming phone first. It depends what you're looking for really. The Red Magic 7 Pro is out now so you could get that phone, it's pretty much top of the line, even compared to the new samsung and iphone flagships BUT If you want amazing camera quality, you'll want an iphone or samsung phone for sure (You could also game on those). So yeah, personally I don't really care about camera quality, just having a flagship phone with top tier gaming performance is what I'm super happy with. Hope this helped!

    The Red Magic phones would be great if they weren't literally obsolete by the time the next phone comes out. Every time I see a post on the red magic Instagram page, it's always about the lack of OS upgrades and customer support. I also know people often complain about some of the text not translating right now in some of the menus. But if that all was squashed they'd be pretty compelling I'd say.

    I bought an owned the 6. I highly advise against purchasing RedMagic devices.
    You are paying only for hardware specs, their software is absolutely riddled with bugs, and a lack of updates.
    Just search online for their OS and dive in yourself.

    how about the front camera? it may be a strange question to ask, but consider who really need a gaming phone? probably the streamers.

      It's pretty average - and not in the good central position like the ROG phone

    What about if I buy it just to use it as a normal phone? The battery will die in 3 hours anyways or it's not a good choice for daily phone?

      I won't, but it'll die quicker if your refresh rate is higher

    For me the battery capacity and crap camera software is disappointing, because it is important I have these things, I rely on these features.
    There's a lot of bang for your buck with this handset and the boxes it ticks over what else is out there outshines the competition.
    Right now the ASUS 5 pro is the only alternative and I still wouldn't choose that over the Red Magic 7 Pro.
    But i'm hoping ASUS has something special in mind in the run up to August.

    They need to start dropping proper console games from previous ps/xbox models on these capable phones, instead of using rubbish emulators.
