- New land! in Cumbria #MetalDetectingUK on a new permission using the Minelab #Equinox800
it was an amazing day #fieldhunting on these new fields! we found coins, plenty of relics & we managed to unearth and save a few other nice items along the way including a lovely silver items that's a bucket lister personally for me!

Well done Dave. Good lot of finds. Congrats on the silver and jewellery. That trigger guard is actually the handle off a candle stick. The two rivets went into the bowl under the candle holder. Looks like a great day out. Take care mate. Regards Andrew 🦘🦘😁👍

Brilliant finds mate. I’m having a right barren run if it recently. Been out for like 10 days over the past couple of months and I feel my lucks run out. Still waiting for that buzz find again. It’s felt like a lifetime. 3 lovely finds on your video between the broach, the Spanish coin and the cartwheel

@@TheDetectits I’ve even been doing the extra research in my local town on where the Roman road was located on the outskirts. Got the perm and not even a milled coin, let alone Roman haha. It’s a Roman town too. I’ll keep searching, something has to come sooner or later. Cheers for the chat mate. Wiggz (can you dig it detecting)
@@Wiiggz let us know the town and I'll have a look for you if you want. Remember though if your using a nox, the signals for roman coins can read similar to iron depending on the conditions.

Wow mate that foreign silver was really beautiful, was it a 2 Reale?? Not sure how you expect us to ID it though using a blurred GoPro video clip. We don't get to see it until the photos. Have you ever thought about filming the closeups of the finds with your phone? The landscape and views are stunning, the guys you keep taking with you are very lucky to have you as a friend. Good to see you detecting and catch you on the next one

Lovely detecting on pasture beautiful finds could I ask what settings you were in Dave.I'm still using the 4x4 program in field 2.
Same program as always mate but mainly use field 1 now unless the land is super clean and small silvers are about
