    I am from the UK and there is a type of ATP but it is only on 1 route what is the GWML from London - Bristol and is only fitted to 3 classes of train what are the class 43, class 800/802 and class 180 all of which have a top speed of 125MPH unfortunately it is not fitted to the slower trains that also use the route what would have stopped a almost head on crash that happened in 1999 just outside london

      Same as level 2, but it has two main features over and above the latter:
      - Moving block
      - Removal of track-based train detection systems, such as track circuits or axle counters
