Y'know, sometimes I dare to think "Man, I'm a pretty good SNS player" then I see this shit and I hang my head in shame
I have 200 hunts on SnS and didn’t even know the backstep had i-frames, there’s always more to learn with this game
It has a lot of s too, at 60fps, basic dodge has 13s while backhop has 22. Using the evasion mantle it gets up to 41! Its extremely useful. Happy Hunting!!
Heroics runners are the bravest of men, change my mind
I run vitality 2 at a minimum, and I don’t feel comfortable without at least 2 divine blessing
I don't feel comfortable without speed eating because I like to be extremely aggressive (dual blades obviously)
But he's not using heroics!

I only use DB 5 if i fighting end game monster like fatalis,
Stun resist and vit 3 is basically mandatory in iceborne.
While impressive, speed runners tend to go full risk and leave the quest after the tiniest mistake. This isn't something anybody runs in normal play.
Wow, I don't even know what to say. You put all other SnS mains to shame with those 900+ damage hits.
17++ hours of gameplay,95% using the sns,pretty much soloed everything in the game,and I talk to my self,you're pretty good sns user,and then I saw this vid,makes me question my whole existence

Was considering trying out a new weapon after maining sns for the last 2 gens. Then I saw this.
Oh man, that's another reason why I switched to SnS in Rise. This weapon is OP! I want to go back to Iceborne and try it again. I have to after seeing this. Furthermore, I finally got my PR in check in Rise tough, probably we will never see big numbers popping like that.

How do I get that backhop perfectly everytime? Most of the time it turns into a shield bash in the opposite direction.
It's all about timing. When I started, weak guard slash and turn shield slap were very common. Still happens sometimes.
Tips,
Just keep hold R2 while pressing back and circle simultaneously.

Awesome run, just curious why you pop the health flowers in the start. I'm guessing they get in the way otherwise.
Yeah i would guess that the slinger can lock onto them rather than velk and that could tank a run
This is a Heroics run, which relies on having low HP to get a lot more damage. If those flowers aren't popped, there is a possibility of accidentally healing and disabling Heroics

Heroics food skill - damage boost at low HP. Healing flowers could deactivate it.

It's on pc. Thes symbols are a mod showing shinies and slinger ammo on the ground.

My AT Velkhana does that to me all the time.
Damn, so if I make a frost craft build without the heroics would it really have higher dps potential than fatalis set with max damage skills?
I used this set for sns and yes its higher dps than fatalis build
@@aamaagii but you have to sheathe a lot you cant use your full moveset
Frost craft only good for perfect rush, which means you need to know every possibility and opening to launch such an attack.
Higher dps doesn't mean a thing if you keep getting tossed here and there anyway.

It counts as half of tenderization. As long as you get claggers often, it's enough to keep a weakspot tenderized.

Ice attack is from AT velkhana's armor. I use it for the set skill.

@@HIJK-nv3oy yeah, pretty much. The higher the raw the better. For general use blast is great or poison if you don't have any blast weapon.

Damn I don't even know you can do perfect rush without rolling or attacking, even from sheath state.
You can't do it directly from sheath, you have to block first. But since blocking is pretty much instant it looks like doing it with no prior input.
How did you get a high damage output with a charge output with a charge blade? 🤔 what's your secrets is there something I'm doing wrong?

Runs like this make me feel like I suck at the game. They kill it in no time at all with unused skills like Ice Attack, and Peak performance. I struggle to make the time limit with meta shit, assuming I haven’t carted too many times lol
I call myself a good Hunter but if you call this clunky gameplay then I'm a negative 69,420 on the 1- 10 scale
