Hydroflask is a great brand of thermal soup containers and they don’t leak.
Would definitely use the thermos for soup

We use Thermos for lunches and they work great!
Get the thermos brand containers. Fill them with boiling water, put the lid on for 15-30 minutes before to warm up the inside. Then fill with hot soup. Stays hot for hours. I do this for my kids...soup, chili, spaghetti and meatballs, ramen noodles, dumplings, beef stew, ect. Opens up many more food options. They come in all different sizes.

Unfortunately, you are probably not going to find a completely leak-proof container. Thermos is probably the best; and acutally the best are the ones that came in lunchboxes.

I’m a mason jar kind of gal and doesn’t leak and you could reheat in jar. If you’re looking for something that keep food a certain temp. Hydro flask has great ones that are super durable. If you’re looking for more affordable I’m sure thermos brand will do. Or some other type of camping gear section. Sometimes ikea has this stuff too in the kitchen section.
I have the hydroflask food flask and I love it! It’s pricey but never leaked and keeps my food warm!

Target has twist and store containers that you may like for soups. Thermos or Stanley are good too if you prefer stainless steel to hold the temp better of the soups. Between the two I like thermos better because it brings a spoon and also is available in pink 😍💖✨

@@DoughertyDozendon’t forget to preheat the thermos by putting boiling water in it for 10ish minutes. Then dump the water out and wipe it dry with a paper towel. This will help keep the food warm if you heat it up before you put it in the thermos.
We use wide mouth canning jars
Here in Canada our Walmart has paper towels and wipe dispensers to dry cart off when rainy.

I personally would do the silver stainless steel one. I have several large water bottles that are steel and they hold whatever temperature, hot or cold really long! If i use ice, i still have ice pieces the next day!

You're absolutely right. My husband went sea fishing on Friday evening, very typical of him he didn't bring his stainless steel flask in until Sunday evening. When I opened it to empty the leftover coffee out to wash it the coffee was still warm. Best wishes from Northern Ireland.

Have you ever tried mixing the lipton dried onion soup mix with a pint of sour cream? It is so good. So easy to make, just stir and let stand a while. I was wondering if it would be cheaper that way. It is so much better than the already made.

I always had a Thermos for my kids when they wanted soup or spaghetti for lunch. I would always pour boiling water in them and put the lid on for 15 minutes and then dump the hot water out and put the heated soup in and it would stay hot until lunch

On the flip side, my Mom would freeze our Capri Sun, or any drink, and it would keep lunches cold and it was even thawwed for lunch! We weren't responsible enough to bring ice packs home😂

You really should give your kiddos more breakfast options. To much sugar muffins, monkey bread, waffles, pancakes, donuts, etc. try oatmeal, grits, French toast with just egg and bread,. More veggies in their lunches like cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radishes etc. just my opinion.
