short video showing how to add speakers to a 5.1 system to get an Atmos setup Signs www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1247124172... Speakers www.amazon.co.uk/Cambridge-Au...
Thanks for sharing! I was thinking of using them as sorround speakers but was not aware you could also use them as atmos speakers…saved me $500. What had been your experience so far?
Could you honestly recommend these small cubes for Atmos/Auro 3D setup? I'm kinda struggling (because of the wife).. Was looking to put 4xQAcoustics 3010i as front and rear hights, but this is not getting approved.... Cambridge could be approved, but what about the sound? I am running QAcoustics 3000 series 5.1 (with 2xSVS PB1000 subs). Did the minx proved to be sufficient? I don't want to sacrifice the sound quality.
bose cubes connect directly to subwoofer and then the Amp, the Bose acoustimass has only 6 channels. the Atmos speakers have to be connected directly to the Atmos enabled amp
I’d actually like to retract that statement. I would say usually Sony Avr amps aren’t as dynamic but after researching that discontinued model it would seem that I am mistaken. Ordinarily I’d point you in the direction of NAD, Denon, Yamaha, Marantz or JBL but as far as bang for buck goes you good there. I would say though that a better centre speaker is needed to get a better range from your vocals. 👌🏽
@@jodyjones3500 I’ve owned both Denon and Yamaha amps which were great, but like you’ve just found out this Sony amp won loads of awards. Any suggestions on a centre speaker. Thanks for the input. 👍🏻
@@micaerin yeah i have to agree that as far as value for money goes you’ve settled on an excellent choice. But if and when you upgrade I’d say the NAD T777 or T778 are great future proof options. Keeping with your satellite speakers the Polk blackstone TL range are amazing and very affordable. Or you could go with the minx 22 to match the heights.
I like those signs. I might need some once my room is completed.
It’s a lovely room but surely those tiny speakers for your centre channel can’t be enough?
Congrats!!! We are loving 🥰 your Decals!!!
Could you kindly disclose Where did you ordered them from? 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾Enjoy your Theater 🎭😉😉😉

Totally Sorry but many Thanks ☺️
Great set up you have. Does your amp decode dolby atmos from 4k blu ray films??
Yes

really pleased with them
Thanks! I went ahead and got them as sorround and atmos. They work really well with my Kef center set up. They sound amazing.

work really well as Atmos height channel speakers.
The Minx are immense
Why did you not get an additional pair of Bose speakers?

How do u like them?
Really good speaker for atmos channel
Alla fine non gai detto cone suonano . Pregi e difetti
They sound very good, very good price point and form factor for height channel speakers. I recommend them!
Connecting Bose or Cambridge Audio speakers to your SONY amp should make you feel dirty 🥴
What would you recommend? 👍🏻
