Grazie davvero! Io ascolto la lezione, prendo appunti, ripeto venti volte le frasi offerte come esempio (tutte apparentemente casuali, invece utilissime nella vita di tutti i giorni). Apprezzo che tu sia inglese, ma che parli in italiano per spiegare con chiarezza i termini inglesi con esempi in italiano e viceversa. Ho frequentato una scuola di inglese dove la regola era che si parlasse solo in inglese, risultando difficili gli esempi cristallini e più banali perché in ogni frase c’era qualcosa di poco comprensibile e che quindi richiedeva un ulteriore spiegazione. E proprio perché si doveva parlare solo in inglese, risultava difficile formulare una domanda, parlare al professore in modo che lui capisse e ricevere una risposta in modo altrettanto comprensibile. Ti immedesimi negli allievi, ben fatto!

Grazie del bellissimo video. Vivo in Inghilterra da 3 anni, di cui 10 mesi in Sutton e 4 in London East (Spitalfield). E devo dire che Shall e Might non li ho mai sentiti pronunciare. O se sono stati detti, non li ho capiti (cosa non da escludere). Ma a parte l'ambito universitario che frequento e gli ambienti di immigrazione, fino ad ora ho potuto relazionarmi solo con la working class e la middle-low. Adesso sto iniziando ad entrare in contatto con la middle class, sebbene con difficoltà. Mi aspetto di sentire più queste espressioni, e un inglese più "didattico" e grammaticalmente corretto del cockney ed estuary.
