- Lots of moments to share with you on our Therapy Day yesterday.
Bella and Koda the Malamutes have upped the anti on parenting their little brother Buddy at the farm. He’s been cheeky and Mum and Dad have been on Mission Boot Camp Buddy the last two weeks. Bella and Koda have watched the training and have increased their watch as a result. A couple of weeks ago, they’d almost given up on him. It was very apparent, he was becoming too unruly. But this week, with the support of Mum and dad at home they’re feeling their duties are important again. Way to go all the support team for Buddy. Mum, Dad, Bella and Koda.
Someone rocks up on a Harley Davidson, we all go to investigate.
Bandit is back, he has had some lumps removed and has an upset tummy. We missed him, we’re glad he’s feeling a little better.
We hear from Penny’s Mum that she had a scare on the weekend. Penny ingested something poisonous on a walk and was immediately paralysed. Due only to Penny’s mums persistence, the cause of Penny’s paralysis was discovered.
Gus has holidays booked. Gus’ Dad will be on tour. Head over to Gus’ instagram account if you’re interested @fus.overgus Gus recently starred on his Dad’s Nike advert and personally stole the limelight of course with his striking blue eyes and silver svelte physique.
Tank and Chopper have been exceptional the last week at the farm. But today we start to see some very typical behaviours associated with littermate syndrome. All good for us to see, so we can focus on it.
A really big milestone for Nevaeh today. She goes off lead unrestricted in amongst a big pack of 60 dogs. Not many dogs can handle this kind of environment, but Nevaeh performs perfectly, checking in constantly for approval. Well done Nevaeh.

Bella and Koda are quite the team. Never let it be said that they aren't watching and learning. Thank you for explaining the behaviours of the dogs. It really does help. Glad to see Bandit back. Kudos to Penny's mom.

I remember Freddy being so timid, Uncle Yo-Yo stepped in, took him under his wing to make him feel more comfortable during pool time (he had put himself in a corner on the deck). Well look at him now. 😍

Almost a tear jerker seeing how happy is to not be tethered. And I really hope Chance behaves himself and enjoys his walk with the pack because each day will only get better for little Chancy!!!

I have to mention Dash because I think she’s just a beautiful senior girl. I love her independence at the farm and that wherever she goes she always has a toy in her mouth. It was like a funny tv commercial with a shark swimming back and forth behind him. Roscoe is hilarious in the water. He and Nayla need to form a Synchronized swimming team 🤣

I couldn't stop giggling when Luke was in the pool talking about the dogs, and Rosco is like on nonstop photo bomb in the background, swimming back and forth behind Luke.😂😂😂💓💓💓Bella and Koda are just so fascinating. Very intelligent, picking up on Buddy getting a training and following through at The Farm. Just amazing dogs, and my how Buddy has grown!! Freddo letting Miss Violet have a go at tug o' war before claiming victory..so sweet. I just loved the whole day! Thank you, Sam, for adding the names at bus time. I've challenged myself to learning them all and it helps to match a name and face. Thanks again for sharing this day with us!!
Here in USA, there is a warning out that dogs on walk with owners have sniffed up fentanyl with dire consequences. I hope Penny will completely recover whatever it was.

Such a wonderful Wednesday on the Farm!! Wishing Bandit and Penny a speedy recovery....we love them both so much!! No fun getting older sometimes 😜 My heart is just bursting to see Nevaeh go off lead and just coming back and seeking Luke's approval...they have all come so far. Hope and Faith are really coming out of their shell and it is a beautiful sight. Thank you for all the insights you guys give us with the pups. It truly helps!! I just love the direction you have taken the Farm to!!! Can't wait for Shelter Thursday!!!!!!

Judging on the reactions of these dogs, you can tell they have had a lot of fun time in the Farm. For them doggies, It is like going to doggie Disneyland.

We've had Boxers for the past 25 years and know that they have difficult times with digestion... One thing that seems to help is mixing a tablespoon or so of plain canned pumpkin with a tablespoon of non flavored yogurt as a treat. Seems to settle their stomach. I hope Bandit feels better soon. I just Love him!

Oh darling Koda & Bella are on the run all the time with Buddy who is all over the farm in every direction. Such amazing career. I wonder if they are so on the ball all the time at home. They must only 'rest' when Buddy naps at the Farm
Koda and Bella are really getting a work out today cause Buddy is on fire!! Loved to see him running with Freddie the Whippet!!!!🥰
At one point I was feeling sorry for Bella and Koda trying to chase down Buddy while Buddy was trying to keep up with Freddie. You could see how hard that was and eventually they had to stop. Two helicopter parents that could teach some humans what it means to be an involved parent that sets limits.

Great session with the Therapy Pups and the Shelter Pups. Especially learning and watching Tank & Chopper and listening to Luke explain where they are in their learning. Loved seeing Bella & Koda working with Buddy, their little brother. How awesome that Bella, Koda, & Buddy's Pawrents are working on training with Buddy, & Koda and Bella learned from watching that training. Neveah was off lead and muzzle and kept coming back to check in with Luke to make sure she was doing a good job. Luke outside you are as cool as a cucumber and inside stressing out (would never have thought this from how you present to the pups)! Bandit is on the mend and thank goodness Penny's Mom researched and found information to help understand what happened with her. So scary, but Penny is on the mend. This was a great video...I learned a lot and enjoyed seeing this large pack get along so well. Thank you Sam and "Biker" Jase for the video and commentary!! Loved every minute!❤❤❤❤

Heres hoping Bandit pulls through what ever is bothering him. Freddie can go, he was loving it with Buddy , but being chased down by the Malamutes lol. Just like having a babysitter you are constantly trying to escape from. They do an amazing job of looking out for him. Wonderful video , really enjoyed watching all the dogs.
