I have liked it and commenting here not because I need strategy but I really liked your "Strategy wala discussion"... Only strategy can give a trade right phycology... and that strategy comes with very very hardwork and experience. It develops your mindset becoz u know at the end of the month if I follow this no one can stop u to be a profitable trader. I m sharing this becoz I have gone through all the worse situation a trader can face but I never left even worked hard every hour..every day... Every month... every year and after 4 years of hardwork market giving me blessings with all the money taken by him.

You are correct sir due to bad money management I am loosing 3/4 th of my profits. Out of 20 dys 17 profitable 3 losses days, these 3 days taking away huge amount of my profits. Unfortunately I traded in 500qty where my actual trading qty is 200.

Sir, content is very informative & didn't feel that it was long. There was more emphasis on discipline, which is utmost required by a new trader. Please also consider to include your valuable suggestion on mindset & thought process of a professional trader. As per my interaction with many retailors (1) Real problem starts with their expectation from market. Every retailer wants to make at least 10-20% of profit on monthly basis. (Even they like more videos, in which huge profits were made ...! )(2) Retailors don't understand meaning of "Risk" involve in trade & thus don't accept Risk before entering in trade. They make position sizing considering expected profit only. This leads to emotional imbalance to Handel trade. (3) Retailors don't enjoy the profit earned instead they regret more for the missed opportunities. (4) Retailors don't believe in any trade journal/ trade book & don't self evaluate them self periodically. So, they couldn't start the journey of self improvement. Actually, real guru is inside them. But, still they prefer to search it every where for every thing.

Definitely strategy plays important role...if you have a good one, you don't take unnecessary trades...this helps to curb overatrading. Which in turn controls emotion based ( fomo, greed etc) trading.
