In my interpretation, the line "Never seen a mike hog spit like a meanace" is more so about Knuckles being a bit of a lone wolf type, for lack of a better term.
Sure, he does help the rest of the Heores for a bit of the Hero story, as well as open the last gate to the Eclipse Cannon's core in the last story, and it’s at least implied that he’s good friends with them, but for most of the story he’s just doing his own thing; the line could just be him saying that as far as he knows at least, no one who tries to be the center of attention can rap as good as he can.
This could be taken a bit further, as Knuckles specifically uses the term mike hog; if we take this to literally refer to someone hogging the mike, it could be saying that those that do so the most are the ones least talented at rapping. It could even be interpreted as a play on words to roast hedgehogs, most likely Sonic specifically.
Aaaaah coma/dillusion theories, when someone nitpicks evidence to make everything that "doesn't make sense" "make sense", while weirdly doing the exact opposite. Made by someone who doesn't even like the game. Just...wow. Anyways, good debunking! I'll just add a thing: the "never seen a mic hog spit like a menace" could just be a reference about how (from Knuckle's POV) he does things better than Sonic, the hedgehog. It is pretty in-character for him, especially during the Adventure era when his theme song in Adventure 1 literally has "unlike Sonic, I don't chuckle, I'd rather flex my muscle" basically meaning "hey yo, I actually do stuff and I'm not a cocky douche like Sonic", and here, "never seen a mic hog spit like a menace" would basically be "you've never seen Sonic actually do big stuff (unlike me)". Just thought about putting here for other people to see this interpreation of mine.

I was joking about the Weed Crystals from the Snapcube dub of this game when I heard about the Master Emerald being tied to the drugs Knuckles was supposedly taking.
saying that the whole story of SA2 is just in Knuckles' head is such a stupid idea. Clearly those events were real. Clearly Shadow exists in the real world.

Small thing but I'm death chamber knuckles looks for keys not emeralds. Nit picky I know but I've played this game sense I was 4. I got it memorized front to back but this also helps prove how wrong this theory is sense his emeralds aren't in death chamber. He's just looking for keys to a door.

I dont even get why Xaever even came up with this. Ohtani is a composer. And, as far as I'm aware, wasn't the Game designer, or a story editor.
Why in the world would sonic team have a Composer make up the story a game.

And I don’t think horrible webpage design, no profile picture or fan art being mixed in with official art are good enough reasons to brush it off as illegitimate.
Just because it’s a purely put together page dose not always means it’s illegitimate.
I also don’t know what it being made in 2007 has to do with anything apart from it not being made around the same time as sonic adventure 2
