Alona Beach is the place to be for a memorable night out on Panglao Island.
What a change. Spent a week here 30 years ago. No telephones, no TV. Nightlife was somebody playing an acoustic guitar a handful of people singing along. Certainly no clubs. It was a quiet little paradise. The noisiest things were tree frogs.

I miss this place, was there March 2019.. and it was not planned good.. haha.. must have a tons of energy to enjoy Bohol and your companions as well… We did stayed at Dauis for 3 nights and explored Tagbilaran, island hopping and the land tour even experienced the loboc river cruise.. didn’t explore nightlife cause we are far from alona and didnt know how rides works before.. but it was a great experienced..

Hello from Italy, I am planning an holidays in Philippines AND I would like to know how I can get Panglao Island from Manila and which is the best month for visiting it? Thank you
Best months would be from November to May. It’s currently summer here in the Philippines so it’s the perfect time to visit these beaches. Also, it’s already easy to get to Panglao Island if you’re coming from Manila since there are direct flights from NAIA airport to Panglao International Airport daily. Enjoy
