Plus 10% heal and Shield + 5 Amor+ 2 MR and Heal Rune well, it depends on your build this is it

@@keyboard- Ya Im not criticizing him or his play at all. His runes are the standard I'd say. I've had success with this set up, its all in timing the item crafting properly to add huge value before a team fight. I mostly try to keep my mana up with the fruit and go help another lane when my adc backs.
