The thing I love the most about this routine is the completely different interpretation of the music. I can’t remember anyone straying so far from what Torvill and Dean did, but it worked.

Stunning, amazing, Vanessa made this bolero their own while not losing the style of the original. That performance should have won them the trophy, not Regan what's-his-name. Surely all four judges weren't on their feet for no reason after V & B's bolero? Spectacular choreography and beautiful performance; you're my winner Brendan XXXXXXXX
This was exactly like Torvill and Dean’s performance in the 80s, well, except for any of the original choreography, totally different costumes, abridged music, a skating rink the size of a postage stamp and no discernible skating talent.
For all the forced hype and ramping up the fake excitement on the show, have you noticed how the official Dancing on Ice videos get next to no views and have the comments turned off? This programme is just Sunday filler with no viewers and celebrities you wouldn’t know if they were on the checkout at Aldi.
Pro dancers yes, but both might have been rubbish skaters! Brendan and Vanessa brought out the best in each other to produce magic performances. Regan was OK but not in Brendan's class. And considering Brendan turns 46 next month, he didn't have youth on his side!!! But he has so much stamina, energy and determination. I'm amazed he could ice dance like this with a partner 20+ years his junior. Vanessa gets my vote as the best pro skater too.
Was more of a paso than a bolero, they completely changed the bolero, not even the classic start, he’s been amazing throughout the season but regan won the bolero.
