Put salmon,egg,salt,pepper,onions in a bowl.. Mix together.. Make palm size patties.. Put in a pan with just a little cooking oil on medium heat coating the patty with flour.. Brown on each side.. Enjoy

Salmon. Don't overcook it. It needs to be a little rare. Most restaurants overcook it. Also, salmon isn't supposed to be fishy. If it is, then it's probably because it's old and not fresh. You're better off coming up to Alaska and catching your own and cooking it. Dijon salmon is my favorite. And thank you for your videos, Melannie!

My best never cuts it. I try hard to be genuine, honest, reliable, I praise the good I see in her and tell her the things I admire in her... but I'm 40 year old Christian and all I do is strike out. I only attract weman I'm not interested and are toxic. Controlling, unloyal and on the edge of crazy. Year by year I do find it easier to let go of dreaming for someone and only look forward to heaven and believing God and all His wonderful presence will make up for this desire not being met here

Hey William really sorry to hear your story. We've all been there. Based on my own experience and even more important based on advice from specialists in this field: you need to move on. Work on yourself, make sure you have fun in your life, hit the gym, go out dancing. Don't focus on another relationship just see what comes your way. By the time your ex would ever get in touch with her, you don't need her anymore (either because you're happy with your life as a single or you met another girl.) I don't mean this in a bad way. Good luck William, you will succeed and in the end everything will be fine.

I never compliment her because she already knows that i know she's atttactive when she's in my presence especially when we're out dating, but i'm not against compliments to each it's own, but if i did, i would do it once in a long while not on a daily basis
Try not to be so logical, she doesn't "think" like you do. Compliments are made to make her feel something. Specifically feel good. But like you said to each their own.
If you compliment her about her physical appearance, then you come off as a creepy simp.
If you don't compliment her at all, you come off of an arrogant jerk.
Be genuine in your compliments, for instance, compliment her on something that's important to her. Look for something that's real and possibly unique. Something other than her looks. Compliment her for intelligence or uncommon insight, or perhaps her kindness and compassion for others. Maybe she is an excellent conversationalist and is fascinating to talk with, maybe she is very good at a particular pastime, hobbie or sport. Be very specific on the details. This shows intelligence on your part that you recognize her value for something other than looks. Focusing on looks makes you seem like nothing more than a horny dog! Focusing on non-sexual aspects reveals the depth of your character. And if a woman is not interested in your character and integrity...you don't want her!

These might be useful for SOME women, but men should learn to use compliments sparingly.
She MAY be delighted when she initially hears compliments, or she is receiving attention + validation FROM you;
But there will one a time when she EXPECTS to receive MORE. It is inevitable, but expect for her to DENY the pattern.
It can be an "unconscious addiction," and she MAY eventually be disappointed when you don't not acknowledge her regularly.
That's when men NEED to enforce RECIPROCITY and ensure he is NOT giving away FREE attention.
We spend ALOT of time teaching men how to treat women, but RARELY make expectations of women on how to make HIM happy.

Oh your nails look so nice! Do you do your toes too?
Take your samin cut into portions salt and pepper.
Then make a pouch out of aluminum foil.
Put in butter, fish, apple slices and lemon slices cook depending size of fish.
I cook a 1/2 lb fish for 15 min at 400 deg f.
Fish should be flakey and delicious.
I cook trout like this too.
If you have frozen your fish defrost it in milk I have even soaked it in milk to remove muddy flavor

For the salmon, don’t cook it at a high heat and not very long. If you see the fats coming out it has been cooked too long. You can consider cooking it in Parchment paper too. It will steam the fish. But still if you’ve cooked it too long you’ll get that fishy flavor.
