2 medium size tilapia fish
500g cow skin (wele)
3-4 medium of crabs
1 large yellow onion
1/2 size red onion
1 tsp Lucost bean (dawadawa)
3-5 pieces of Anaheim pepper
1/2 habanero pepper
1 tbs all purpose seasoning powder
1 tbs fish seasoning
2 thumb sized ginger
3 cloves garlic
1tsp cloves
1 tsp rosemary
1kg fresh okra
A bunch of fresh spinach
Salt to taste
