Is your watch able to dial out? I got the same watch, but the call feature does not work. It asked me to connect to bluetooth, although it is already connected to bluetooth.
You might have to exit the app and restart the watch and try again.
Can u help me it doesn't work though, I restarted watch and reopened app with bluetooth but nothing happened I can't connect my watch to phone contacts and messages , how can I open bluetooth in my watch, i connect it with my phone in wearfit app but i want to open it w smartwatch

You need to click the phone symbol to allow watch to connect with phone calls and music etc. Hope this helps

I can't help you, unfortunately. The watch didnt work past its second charge.

Once your phone has bluetooth turned on, go into the device settings in the watch app and add it as a new device.

I don't remember exactly, but it was probably the 'drink water' reminder that can be toggled on and off in the app.

I don't know for sure, but dig through the app settings and maybe logout and try to log back in and use the "forgot my password" feature.
