I carried a huntsman for about a year just got the ranger last week I love it it’s just one layer thicker then my huntsman but adds 3 more tools
Just got my Ranger and love it already. Haven't used all the tools but just knowing they're there is a good feeling.
Excellent demonstration with a happy tune! I love the Ranger because it's less than a Swisschamp and more than a superTinker... and you get both the wood saw and metal file

Congratulations on the channel. Excellent review of one of the firm's most "emblematic" models. I have just over 40 Victorinox models and the Ranger is one of my favorites (I have two with and without a tent pattern). The other two that I love along with the Ranger are the Climber and the Compact. The Ranger model brings together versatility, a good price and a tight size. I have the Craftsman. Its very similar to this one except it has the Phillips screwdriver instead of the corkscrew. I heard they don't make the Craftsman any more.
Craftsman is even better. Yes, I confirm that it is no longer easily to found on the market and new. Consider that this Ranger on Amazon was paid around €36 (I couldn't pass it up) :)

I confirm, it has everything useful about the SwissChamp but with much reduced dimensions and weight. One of my favorite knives. Thanks for the comment :)
Interesting to me, because, my Camping model is almost 40 years old and does not have scissors, or file, but does have wood saw. Main balde is ground down so much it's almost useless.
Really interesting. We are probably talking about another model and if 40 years old it is certainly even more beautiful. It's a piece of history. Maybe try giving it a tidy up and a polish. thanks for the comment :)
