CarPlay Apple maps will go to the driver’s display when you start navigating. One of the very few cars that offer this.

You are correct, I was wrong in the video. I wasn’t in the display mode that would have allowed the map to show behind the steering wheel, but it does have the capability. Thank you for pointing that out.

Great review Michael some very good points that reviewers don’t get across such as the proper Google interface into your account so you can ask it anything. I live in Australia and have the MY24 LRSM and have found it to be a superb car. Quality is excellent and highly recommended all round. Just wish I had the Nappa Leather as it is cooler than the Weave Tech.

Thank you for the compliment, I’m glad that was helpful, I was really impressed with the Google voice commands. Good to know about WeaveTech, I’d actually choose cloth over those or as you said, the cooled Nappa. Maybe they will perforate WeaveTech in the future, that may provide at least some improvement.

You make a good point. If I could design my PS2 how I wanted, it would also be RWD with the brembo brakes, Ohlins dampers, and possibly the gold seatbelts. I do not need the gold, but the suspension and brakes would be wonderful in the RWD car. I also wish it had an opening sunroof like the V and S 60. I am not a fan of Air Conditioning, so being able to open the roof would be wonderful. I use the sunroof in my car all year and I do not live far from DC.
And colour.. Volvo and Polestar need more colours than the drab paints they use now.

Totally agree on that build, and hey you could probably swap those gold seatbelts with someone and make a little money! I’m not sure with that unobstructed glass design they could even have an opening moonroof until maybe the next generation. Also, yes, we need actual colors in our paint options!

How do you play your favourite CD? Asking for a friend.
What about all of the colours?

No CD player in the Polestar, and unfortunately, none of the colors are very exciting, all very muted.

Just a heads up I know you said the performance comes with all season tires, it doesn't, only summer tires, at least in the U.S.

@MichaelDrivesOfficial not even sure man, pretty sure you said it before the test drive when you were talking about the car that you got to test came equipped with snow tires and then you mentioned it doesn't come that way from the dealer and actually comes with all season tires
