The whole Island was affected. Try function, eat ackee and salt fish, they can eat stew peas and so many other things. Folks just need to be patient.
The light company has a lot of fallen light posts to deal with. All cities have been restored and are functional, it's just the deeper parts of the country which awaits restoration.
You won't find rastas complaining because they live simply, and of certain parts of society because they see the destruction on ground.
