2 Lb chicken gizzards
2 cups cold water
1 tsp ground ginger
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Small Onion
2 cups Red, Yellow, Green Peppers
1 Chicken Bouillon
2 tsps minced garlic
Black pepper and salt TT
1 (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
½ cup fresh cilantro
