Im an Aussie and i climbed Mt Rundle back in 1989 as a young 25 yr old.Up near the top i left a message in a bottle and there is a bunch of rocks at the top and like a hole and i put the bottle in there.If anyone finds it let me know!! ill never forget that climb,it was awesome peering over that edge! this inspired me to climb in Nepal.
Awesome I was 21 years old and climbed Rundle second peak in 1989 as well, I worked at bumbers beef house on Banff Ave. Some of my best days in my life for sure.

You should come back and climb to the highest point on Mt. Rundle....it's the higher peak to the south
