Camping at Bantak River Magpet | Tipid Traveller
How to get to Bantak River?
*Davao City to Kidapawan City - 3 to 4 hours ride Php 200-300 (Bus or Van)
* Kidapawan City to Bantak River - 30 mins.
Better to have your own motor or sasakyan para mas comfortable sa biyahe at para mas madaling makarating sa River. Mahirap mag commute since papasok pa ang Lugar
* Entrance Fee - Php 10
* Walk in only no Reservations and no FB page since no one exactly owns the place. I think the locals created thier own Cottages and Let it rent by tourist. (Iba-iba ang may-ari)
What to expect in the Place?
Literally it's only a RIVER, nothing much special about the place. It offers Fresh Air, Cold Water and great ambience for Camping with Fam and Friends. Since it's a River, madami pong bato(stones) which become a picture taking area. Hindi masyadong clear ang water during my first time visit but most of the time crystal clear po ang water according to my kasama na ilang beses ng nakapunta sa lugar.
If you are a tourist who wants instagramable and aesthetic place to stay BANTAK RIVER is not for you but if you are a nature lover who loves the raw music of nature BANTAK RIVER is for you.
Bantak River is a place away from the chaos noises of City, River Flowing is the Loudest Music you can hear ❤️. Most times we need to go to unrated places to find our peace.
Note:
* No Comfort Rooms (magpoops na sa bahay b4 pumunta sa Bantak River)
* No Food Restaurants or Vendors (Bring your own Baon)
* No FB PAGE (just ask locals or FB search for people na nakavisit na sa lugar)
*No Front Desk (Local people owns cottages and someone just approch you for the Rental Fee)
