If you look exactly at time 7:40 in the video you can see binny in the middle left. Also 7:58 at the corner of LoverFella's head, right in the cave, you can see binny there as well

This is some news Loverfella used a mod where you can capture any type of npc and he made an npc that looked like Binny, if u see his inventory you could see a white crystal which is what u use to capture npcs

the problem with the far lands is, that bug that limits how far you can wall is not the intended far lands he wanted to make. Look up a mod called the aether & you may find the different "end" things notch was going to pick from.
