I must say that i made this meal today and i used 2 lbs of groung turkey because i wanted mines to be extra meaty and with 1 lb of thin spaghetti and it turn absolutely delicious. Something different and inexpensive and to combine the chilli and the spaghetti was exquisite and mine first time trying it and it turned out terrific .. Thanks to Tennessee Nikki doing it southern style to a T....

Yum! The next day I take a loaf of french bread and cut it lengthwise. Hollow out a little of the bread from each half, make the loaves like boats. Warm your chili spaghetti until heated through, top with grated cheese. I use mild cheddar & colby jack. You could use the Mexican blend if you'd like. Cover both chili spaghetti loaves with the cheese and put them on a cookie sheet lined with foil for easy clean up. The bread gets toasty, the leftovers are even better than the first go round 😊
