This house is good to be like USD $ 32 thousand not more then that
The 7.4 is incomplete and "the client finishes at their own pace" which would mean they have to pay more*

Out of all the precast houses you've show cased on this channel, this House in Ngong is on Top of the Leader Board. The finishing is top notch. That living room is massive 👏 ❤❤
The contractor here is top notch. He can do a house for me. Watching from London, UK.🇬🇧 In the UK, such a kitchen would knock you off at least Ksh800.000

The positioning of the fire place and how it proturudes into the space is annoying me..... Such a simple detail has messed up an otherwise decent lounge. Furniture organization will be a nightmare.
I love this house. I would have put the laundry room at the entrance area and included a guest wash room.
This house is well built and organized, 7.4 million may seem expensive but this unit is worth every penny, building in kenya is not cheap especially when you use good fundis and quality material.

Wow so many sinks....the kitchen is very very spacious. Enough storage. I like it....although i prefer open plan then scullery which is normally hidden. Bathroom needs a bathtub.
The best done windows from all the videos i have seen.They give a sense of security.i have noted Chomba's number.The bungalow is really well built.
Finally it's done av been waiting patiently coz this will be dream house

This is a great home with great value for money. A great bonus is the roofing space that can accommodate enough solar panels to power the home (i type this on the day we had a nationwide blackout, again, for over 13 hours....).
In Kenya we need to come up with a new window technology, beautiful house but the window grills make it look like a prison
The windows have those grills for security purposes

I just love the simplicity yet elegance of this home. The attention to detail is great. For my home I would add a tub in the main bathroom as well as have shower stalls or create separation. The builder did a wonderful job. From start to finish how long did it take? I saw the builder's company's name is Atlanta, are they a former western company? I am in Atlanta so that's why I am asking. Thank you.

Great video! Beautiful home. I do have a question about the ramp outside though. I love that the ramp makes the entrance inclusive but there is still a step up to the ramp on one side and a gutter between the ramp and the parking area. How can a wheel chair manage those two obstacles?
There is a smooth transition at the edge of the ramp next to the house which is easier for a wheel chair to ride up the ramp

the kitchen tops are above 900mm , unless the occupants are over ft tall, theyll have a hard time in the practical use of the kitchen chores, excellent work by the contractor
The house is good 👍 but the sitting room is very big not good for me, the dinning is just enough. Where you scored my points is the kitchen area plus laundry room....my goodness its spot on ❤❤❤❤ the place where u can ironing clothes?? Fantastic 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 the rest is just OK 👌

I have questions about the design. Why not include the dishwasher inside the kitchen? Putting it outside is rather off. and many other details that are off, like the cooker size... soon they will want a wide oven or 5 gas. The position of the fridge is off, like an afterthought... well, I know i'm picky. That said, I like the color scheme, very bright

How is the sound proofing when you use precast panels?
It's sufficient enough. If you want serious soundproofing, consider investing in acoustic foam panels around your walls

The house is nice but not everything is top notch. The kitchen is standard to me, the fittings are standard and I am not a fan of those cupboards. I like the living room though, very spacious and bright . I like that the gypsum is simple . The main bathroom could have been better and how do you clean your windows , why those small window panes.

It is! And the kitchen is definitely not worth 400k. I have seen exquisite modern kitchens worth less and I build cookers and oven included in the cost. This one is an ordinary kitchen

Yes you can Jimmy. You can build exterior walls using stone blocks then use panels for partitioning
