Open school district all the way! My two sons are so different and we’ve found that different schools usually work best for them. Plus after watching your southern Grand Prairie video it looks like it’s just as nice as Mansfield! Who knew!

Grand Prairie has gone next level with their "Epic" program so you heard right! Mansfield is big on sports both in their schools and competitive sports. They have both indoor and outdoor soccer. They have lots of trails and wonderful parks, but when it comes to entertainment like movie theaters and such, folks head to Arlington and Fort Worth which are both a short drive away!
Mansfield and Grand Prairie are both very big on sports. Mansfield has an indoor soccer facility which people from all over South Dallas flock to. When it comes to the amount of sports fields Grand Prairie takes the cake though, which makes sense for how much bigger the city is!
It depends on where you look! You definitely have more options in terms of affordability in Grand Prairie but there are plenty of homes in the same price ranges as Mansfield.

Definitely! Lots of new construction in Grand Prairie down by the peninsula (south Grand Prairie).
