We are caste atrocity cases every day and night for trivial reason possible . Why don’t you raise your voice then? Go read mirchapur dalit case that was in recent news and you will find two such stories everyday

Find a comfortable place only chair with desk if u won't have it sit in a lighting space and wear a mat on ground the sit 😀
2.dip ur face for 5-10seconds in ice cold water if ur studying in morning do wake up at 3:00 -4:00 clock then ur brain is sharp enough to learn everything I followed these methods and I became a govt.teacher so the main thing is ryt sleep try to sleep at 7:00clock pm (this should be followed)
