today's receipe is Chicken Shawaya with out oven.
Ingredients
Chicken - 1 1/2kg
Onion - 1 1/2
Tomato - 1
Green chilly - 1
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 6
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt - 3 tbs
lemon juice - 2 tsp
Sun flower oil / Olive oil - 1 tsp
Kabsa masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
