In this video, I take a first look at the new fighter hero Cici on the Mobile Legends Advance Server. I showcase her skills, gameplay, and strengths and weaknesses. I also discuss her viability as a jungler and how to counter her.
Overall, I think Cici is a promising new fighter hero with a unique playstyle. She is very user-friendly and has the potential to be a strong force in the meta. However, she does have some weaknesses, such as her lack of burst damage and tower lock.

I just realized her 2nd skill not only she can jump on minions, creeps, or enemies, she can also do that to her ally as a stepping stone which is kinda neat lol

Although her passive gives her a huge amount of Spell Vamp, but her 1st skill will change the target. Compared to other spell vamp fighters like Alpha, Terizla, Yu Zhong, X. Borg and Lapu-Lapu, her skills can't maximize the Spell Vamp. Alpha's 2nd skill, Terizla's 2nd skill, Yu Zhong's 1st skill, X. Borg's 1st skill and Lapu-Lapu's S1 and all of ult skills, their skills are AoE and can benefit from Spell Vamp. Unlike Cici, she needs Ultimate to maximize her Spell Vamp.
Lapu's S1 and all of ult skills gives great Spellvamp

Yz doesn't depend on spell vamp, rsther he relies on his passive. Reason why u never see yz players using blood lust axe.

Fob is just free and it takes no slot.
It's good for utility but even without Fob he can be played cuz half of the xp laners easily be subdued.
Xborg is already very easy to use but this just feels like xborg on steroids

2:03 Similar to Arlott; Arlott might have certain skill (his Ult), to help allies or himself to secure the objective. But his base skill sets still gives him trouble on clearing creeps.

She's definitely a Fighter Alright, Really strong in the Early-Mid Game but kinda falls off in the late game due to her damage and the Enemies building defense items at around this time. Antique Cuirass Hard Counters Her
cici is one of those fighters who do well if enemy doesn't have heavy cc comp. similar to fighters like freya dyrroth and guin
I'd say she's still pretty balanced since her lane clearing ability is pretty mediocre unike other popular EXP-laners, meaning she'll be late pretty often when rotating the map. Her other issue is her lack of AoE dmg so her team might lack some dmg in 5v5 teamfight

she wont fall late. While ofc Antique cuirass hard counter her, its like Chang e vs Radiance armor in this case. Also remember, she got hp base damage, meaning it will hurt anyway
@@unknownman5090 not all heroes fall off late solely on dmg. in cici's case, she is a kiting style hero and has to be within enemy range to perform her attacks and considering how vulnerable she is to lock on cc, she can be chained cc to death very easily in the late game
Elgin. Remember to use her ulti before you use your first skill. The ulti is for more damage and can lock 2 nearby enemies (which means that 2 near heroes that got ultied cannot be separated unless the duration is finished)
I can't wait to buy her also can't wait for the interface to be finally changed to cici wants she's released sick already of Nolan I want to hear what cici has to say

That's the devs' work around for not giving her i-states or immunity because skill 1 is her primary damage source. A consideration they just couldn't bring themselves to extend to Balmond. 😆

She kinda reminds me of Esmeralda with attack speed items and extra mobility.
Its not the damage that is scary but the target-locked skill, movement speed boost comparable to Joy's Ultimate, the bounce skill for offense and defense, and the best of all NOT MANA DEPENDENT. This hero is so unfair.
And don't forget even if you CC her that dmg just keeps on popping 😂

yes! that was what i was thinking, buying war axe for the true damage and then rest are tanky items
Best thing is that she can also build tanky def items and still deal decent dmg because her first skill deals hp based damage. Which means you can just use war axe and malefic roar for your atk items and use defensive items depending on the enemy lineup. And with her ult acting like a leash to keep 2 enemies together, she can also roam as well but not that well compared to other actual roamers

1:00 why would they nerf Fury Hammer? physical fighters and assassins have been buying it since forever, pretty sure it's intended to be this way.
She looks like a more stable X-Borg. A highly spell vamp reliant hero with consistent skill based damage. She has less risk attached at the cost of being weaker to CC and having slightly less finishing potential. I think she'll be a relatively well balanced hero but we all saw what they did to Julian when he was released

Fighters that should counter her are Alpha, Zhong and i believe Terizla can due to his DR and tankiness as well as cc and ton of slows. All these heroes also have airborne so i hope it cancels her 1st skill. Personally on Alpha i'd go full dmg with Petrify so she cant escape alive.

Yu Zhong might have some problem tho. Unless he can one shot her, which i dont think so, she gonna be a big problem. She can just spin around happily, jump on yz head and just you know, kill him. Alpha sound like a very good one. Terizla just doesnt kick in for me. Considering she got enough speed to dodge all those hammer. And even if terizla ult, she can just jump away.
@@unknownman5090 yea but Zhong has 30% movement upon passive activation and his s1 should be enough with passive dmg to outsustain her. Terizla should be good early to mid game if you play him a lot like me. Buuut if its hard to counter her, i can always go Alpha. I have 650+ games on both of them so yeah, they are both great.
@@generalknez3942 That the hard part of him, his passive. Unlike X borg, Cici got movement speed which is as we all know, very annoying to deal with. His passive may be easy to activate but if you cant attack your enemy, it doesnt matter anyway. I think he can go toe to toe against cici .To counter her? I dont think so. It kind of the same situation like no dominance tank thamuz vs no dominance tank yz. It wont be as crazy as those two but you get it.

Answer to your question:
Situational.. she is like some lifesteal based ft.. Alucard... she can easily dominate the lane as long as no CC interrupts her.
Because by looking at her hp base... she has quite low base hp with no cc immune skill ... all she has is her skill 2 dodge jump and her supreme lifesteal and mobility..
Those kinds of heroes struggle alot in the current meta.. I suppose

Yeah she's more of an 1v1 or annoy the enemy type hero than anything technically she can 2v1 if she has ult other than tho she's more of an type that tries to make the opponent impatient than anything or just chip away the damage of the enemy and let someone finish them off if that makes sense.
Not saying she isn't good more so she has her mind or niche persay, although honestly with a Hero like this I wonder if they're gonna do an Guilty Gear collab out of no where lelz. I wouldn't see that happening tho but if it does then welp time to Cue The Town inside Me with this one.

Since she deals HP based damage, you just need a little physical pen and you should have a viable damage. Goal is to stay alive while dealing consistent amount of decent damage all the while surviving as long as you could with tank items and skill lifesteal like a common fighter.

Honestly I don't think you should be able to target lock a tower with her first skill (allow her to prioritise creeps or a certain hero though). Also Zhask is buggy:
Summarised: Zhask's spawn counts as both a creep and hero unit at the same time and the wall hitboxes suck. (I noticed that the damage problems seem to affect all summoned units, but neither sun nor vex seem as badly affected as Zhask, but please correct me if I'm wrong), and in some situations his ult basically just immediately runs out. FIX ZHASK.
Can we get a zhask bug fix? His spawn takes full damage from both retribution and dhs (which makes helcurt one shot my ult or me and my passive, and it takes two instances of damage from cursed helmet, one normal and one 350%),
he can't ult in minsi's anti-dash field under any circumstance, even when its an on the spot morph,
the wall's hitboxes are just broken(I often clearly teleport over a wall and stay on the same side),
if you activate his ultimate but subsequently die before morphing, the ultimate goes on cooldown despite the fact that it hasn't really been cast (I think most of us would love i-frames during the morphing phase- between triggering and being in it),
when you leave the ult before it ends, and reposition it when its at its despawn range, the animation plays but no ult spawns. Furthermore, casting ult again after this causes its duration to drop to essentially zero and immediately end upon casting, WHICH SURELY COUNTS AS GAME BREAKING, so in conclusion: please help bring awareness about zhask's bugs because the help service doesn't work unless we all spam it I'd presume or someone makes a video. Please make a video.

Her first is skill is not considered as Basic Attack so that won't really work, many people had mistaken her first skill as Basic Attack😅.
