Ok, make a ridiculously cheap toy version of it and avalanche the world with this toy, making this concept a globally common knowledge.
Like, everybody recognizes a taxicab, it's either yellow, or has a sign ontop that may or may not spell taxi or something short enough that it might mean "taxi" (like такси or ταξί).
So make CycloRotor as common as a Taxicab.
I'll bet you already have 3dprint files for prototyping.
Just need to find the right toy-manufacturer willing to push this into the market.
