Nag personal care mam basta busy sila mo help ko pero dili gyud sya priority sa akong unit labi na if nag med rounds. Pero sa other unit namo na lesser patients ra, isa ra ang carer so ang nurse nag personal care gyud.

ASC Global po agency ko pero I came here as Community Nurse po at first 🥰
