DISCLAIMER:
For this episode I used videos I filmed at the weddings of:
Monika & Andrzej Górscy
Agnieszka & Piotr Lorent
Aldona & Rafał Podżorscy
Monika & Piotr Zapart
Jan & Dominika Beszłej
and a video of Agnieszka & Paweł Krasuccy filmed by TDI: • Teledysk ślubny / Nues...
as well as a video of a wedding I filmed years ago in the #highland region (for #brama)
For soundtrack I've used some of the music from the weddings, but also music by Tymek Beszłej
Dobry temat Ela! Polskie wesela wymagają dobrego wytłumaczenia ;)
Ela superb material, I love it!!! Cant wait for the next episode od weddi ngs!
Great!! It was so nice to See our wedding again:)
Nowadays many Poles decide to have non-alcoholic weddings, and not every one drink a lot at the weddings!
Perfect!!! :D
So fun! Is there any candy or traditional sweets offered to the guests at the church before or after the ceremony?? In Greece we have "koufeta" :)
Wow! That’s great! I can’t wait to go to a wedding in Greece :) In Poland the guests usually get a gift packet with some cakes or a vodka or some other little gift from the newlyweds as they leave the wedding reception. You can also win some nice presents if you take part in the midnight competitions „oczepiny” :)
Wow it’s interesting to see how similar the polish wedding is to the ceremony in the Uk
The drinks the dance some things are universal
Very interesting Ela
Best regards Simon 🤠👍🏔️
Thank you! What you say is surprising for me though, cause the weddings I’ve been to in UK were very different to the ones in Poland. What part of UK are you from?
@@PolandwithEla the midlands south of Birmingham things are more traditional their especially with catholic ceremonies and the high Church of England
@@SetForAdventures ok now it starts making more sense to me :) thank you for sharing!
