The show was amazing, and meeting all these folks (who I recognized from the Vogue video, which had only been on MTV for like a week or two) was un-real, to say the least.

Actually the first one to "vogue" was dancer/actress Cyd Charisse in a 1953 film called The Bandwagon. The number was called Two Faced Woman and Miss Charisse vogued her way through the number using a scarf as a prop. It wasn't as modern as the 1980's vogue, but it certainly had the same concept... using a series of poses to tell a story.

She has the ability to motivate people, she has a great responsibility, and perhaps one day she will desire to be pleasing in God's eyes instead of the eyes of the world.
I woman approaded me once (a so called music PR, I play electric violin) and told me a story about Madonna. Apparently he bumped into her (literally) and she was carrying a tray of drinks but they ended up spashed everywhere. He realised it was Madonna and started apologising. She responded "it's just a few drinks so stop stressin!". "If I wanted I could have you shot for that!". My point is she was joking with him and it's sad he had to create a nasty Madonna story. I have heard even more ignorant stories about her. I think she is amazing and so chuffed how good Madam X is. C x.
Though my default photo does not show my face... Good to see you again "Oliver" I met you in 1990 or 1991 you were a dance instructor at "Regina's" Dance Academy in Los Angeles... I should have signed up that day... You took the time out of taking a break from your class to brief me about the dance class schedules... I had just bought some ice cream and needed to get home before it melted... You guys are looking great! you should connect with a major dance competition show as judges... Hope to see more of you in the future... Thanks for showing your iconic talents in a time if history when the world was breaking free!
So what if Madonna felt hurt, she should have followed their contracts, just like when she signs a contract, you would expect when it comes to business thats how it should be. Christopher Ciccone wrote that they were wrong for suing her and they should have been grateful to work with her. What does that have to do with following the terms of a contract?
I love Kev but for goodness sake give the lovely Jose and Oliver turn to speak. SMH! Jose looks like he hasn't aged a bit. He is super fit as well. Love my big bro Oliver. Always a delight.
Too bad you boys can’t do it again 25 years later. Or even with out her. You guys have a special bond. That is obvious. This tour was life changing for these young rising artists. Maybe someday they can all reconnect and people will move on and realize the beautiful bond that was created and be a part of it. Yes, if it weren’t for M this never would’ve happened. But, not to be an indentured to M for LIFE......cmon now. Love is the key.
The fact that she tried to force straight men to do gay stuff and wear women’s clothes, means her intent was not good. I don’t care if liberating gays happen to be a part of it
John Bowkett No, people she dated said she tried to force them to wear women’s clothes. So I think she was a disturbed woman regardless of who she was good to
@@firstladyshine Michael Jackson wore lipstick and eyeliner together on his own. He dressed in a certain androgynous fashion. And I'd need to know the names of who else...
A B Yes. He had issues with vitiligo. But he described her actions as forceful. And clearly he never ended up in a dress, so that’s not who he was as a man. And I’m not about to do research on the person I can’t remember. I have time, but not for that lol
I'm a M fan but during this tour, I was ALL ABOUT THESE GUYS...the dancers. ALL OF THEM were/are amazing! I was young and coming out and I admired them so much. I do have to say M has always been an advocate for gay people. I feel like she played a major role in exposure and acceptance of our community. Lots of love to all of you!!!
Same. But for me it happened exactly ten years later! When I came out in 9th grade; and my friends and I were so obsessed w Madonna. Her album then was ‘Music’, and the cowboy style of Don’t Tell Me was so popular, I remember… but we were obsessed with Truth or Dare too. Express Yourself, Vogue… and the whole uplifting of the dancers and Madonna with her whole “queer ally-ness” was such a part of my coming-out process, and my friends too.
There is so much over Homophobia in Black communities, even now. Oliver, the dancer, was a lot more openly honest about that than many other people continue NOT to be.
Interesting you admitted that, mostly because the big majority of black Americans are affiliated with the Democrat party, voted for Obama and are the ones who now love the socialism for America and are praising all the time for their "equity" by demonizing the white people everywhere today and blaming them for their lack of results in this society under the same Constitution for all. Isn't all that hypocrisy ? LOL.
I was told by an employee of EST Trucking, who dealt with her past tours that on tour no person was allowed to look at her or speak to her. When she walked through everyone had to lower their eyes. She is a devil. These guys didn't wanna be sued, I get that.
It makes sense though. Think about how emotionally draining it is to talk to random people about yourself all the time. Regular people do not live in celebrities reality which is funny because the regular people put them there.
“Their truth” is a contradiction in terms. There IS only THE truth. How ‘bout you just call it their perspective-which is what it actually is. It’s less Millennial-ey. And don’t call me “boomer”. You wouldn’t like me when I “boomer”.
Best concert I have ever been too. Huge positive impact on everything she pushed the envelope and there still has never been anyone who comes close. You had to be growing up during this era to fully understand
Obviously... She is from a generational satanic family. She is a witch ..... She will pay the price in hell and will be begging God to be saved but it will be too late. Unless she repents
love thy enemy I don’t even think this comment was a joke you’ve made your existence so small by going on the internet and saying this things she’ll see you in hell as well then
I also saw Truth or Dare at a low point in my life...many years after its release, I wasn’t expecting to be so deeply touched by it... by it’s honesty an the freedom to live life! It made me quedtion what Was I doing with my life and why I was so afraid of so many things and wasn’t being able to grab life by the balls and just go for it!!!!

Thanks for sharing José. Thanks for keeping me company with all the other artists in the Blond Ambition tour throughout my troubled 90’s. I couldn’t be a dancer (not talented enough) but I could always enjoy watching the show on vhs over and over again
I grew up loving Madonna and those music videos. I remember my sister and I trying to learn the Vogue dance and thinking we were so cool. It's really great to see these guys after so many years. God bless them and thanks for sharing. 🌹
They sued her cause they were broke and desperate. They didn’t give a damn what was in that movie. And Gabrielle in the closet? Lmao Please! That queen?!
There have always been drag queens, The same people who keep trying to give Madonna credit,,( and Madonna did not write the song) are the same shot thought voting for Hillary was the less of two evils...I get mad when people say Madonna made voguing popular...I say. Popular to who??? White people? old people?? Certainly not gay people. or they claim Vanilla Ice and the Beastie boys made rap music popular on white radio.. Do your history and you’ll also find out White will take credit for anything except the racism and ignorance they spread
Has it been 30 years? Holy shit. Madonna with all her faults and predatory instincts owned those times. Many of us fierce white chics back then mostly identified with our fathers because they were the happiest and seemed to have all the power. She's really integrated her male female aspects. I love her.
Oliver is the only straight guy in this interview but how come he look less straight than the other two real gay guys makes me go hmmmmmmm.... 🤔 This has buggin me since the 90s.

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit, 1 Peter 3:18
@green fox proof??? Biblical prophecy is coming into fulfilment at a rapid rate. The true living God is a God of faith, he gives testimonies and reveals himself and truth to those who seek him. Also concerning this pandemic 2 Chronicles 7:14. God is real and these truly are the last days. Jesus will be returning soon. God bless.
@green fox you are DECIEVED. Truly decieved. I have been shown. I have many testimonies. And religion God hates! The words of the Lord and holy spirit lead in truth.
@green fox my heart is OPEN to the one true living God! The biblical true God is to have no graven image, only false religions make "idols" the Lord commands no graven images of him or ANYTHING in heaven. That is the difference from all other "religions" Jesus " Yeshua hamashiach" is real and he is the ONLY WAY to the Father. Your heart is the one that needs opening, you are following vain imagination and deception from who Jesus said is " the god of this world" Satan.
@green fox and "you people" I AM A CHILD OF THE MOST HIGH GOD and you can be too if you want to be. I do not make this up. God's word and spirit " Rauch hakodesh" holy spirit bear wittness with my spirit. " Man shall not live on bread alone but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God."

people just dont get Madonna's dark matter of fact humour...shes so funny
Too many people MAKE EXCUSES for the bad behavior of the rich and famous.
Malcolm McClaren’s version was FIERCE
I love Kev but for goodness sake give the lovely Jose and Oliver turn to speak. SMH! Jose looks like he hasn't aged a bit. He is super fit as well. Love my big bro Oliver. Always a delight.
He was getting on my nerves as well.
It doesn't matter just enjoy!
@@christinasmart1646 it's no big deal!
So I think she was a disturbed woman regardless of who she was good to
@@firstladyshine Who exactly did she try to get to wear women's clothing? I'm skeptical lol
A B Michael Jackson. But there was someone else who said similar, but I can’t remember who
@@firstladyshine Michael Jackson wore lipstick and eyeliner together on his own.
LOL.
How does Madonna avoid them when she should be celebrating these men they are American Icons
East Fun they sued her because of the documentary
'It was just us and the world'
Kevin ❤️
WE HAVE ALWAYS LOVED MADONNA'S STYLE, CREATIVITY AND EVERYTHING ABOUT HER... PLEASE CARRY ON DOING THE VOGUE... THANKS...
dex stef1 did you hear her singing “go let’s eat some fried fish”? Cuz that shit was weird af!!!!
@@AnchoringHighFrequency what is mean, ff, Fried Fisch?
Kata nothing good...
@@AnchoringHighFrequency its mean?
Dex stef1, are you shure? Example please?
I was told by an employee of EST Trucking, who dealt with her past tours that on tour no person was allowed to look at her or speak to her. When she walked through everyone had to lower their eyes. She is a devil. These guys didn't wanna be sued, I get that.
It makes sense though. Think about how emotionally draining it is to talk to random people about yourself all the time. Regular people do not live in celebrities reality which is funny because the regular people put them there.
@@TheArtofBlues Maybe, but you can smile at least :)
What envelope did this witch push 🤔
Oh ok Jose didn’t sell her out and that says a lot about his character Good for him for not burning that bridge.
We all know she was vampiring all of them
Obviously... She is from a generational satanic family.
She is a witch ..... She will pay the price in hell and will be begging God to be saved but it will be too late.
Unless she repents
love thy enemy I don’t even think this comment was a joke you’ve made your existence so small by going on the internet and saying this things she’ll see you in hell as well then
@@M4DGESTY 😂😂😂
@Olga Martin Girl stop. Madonna even made José and Luís a favor by singing and releasing their single
Jose & Luis I still admire you guys... Forever!
I want Jose's Jacket. That jacket is so lit.
Di R have you gone for it? Did you get to break free?
Ingrid's Voice Yesss!!!!
And I’m not talking about “coming out”
Just live life and go for the things we really want...
I’m still doing it...
You always find something else...another boundary to brake and another lost goal to reach...
Di R you are amazing 🙏❤️💛
Is good to see Hose’ on Pose. Check out their reunion on Netflix.
what's the show called?
kissed61 pose on FX. He plays a secondary character with no lines but he’s one of the judges at the Balls. They did an episode about Vogue and he danced!
There is no “their truth”, there’s only THE truth.
The guy on the right hand side is straight???
The title of this is misleading, like they gonna expose Madonna as a horrible person. Instead it's -- oh no she's really nice. 🙄 Lol
The tittle has a play on words. Dare to speak the truth...Truth Or Dare...
@@soaribb32 Good spot.
Thanks for making a long story short. Just as i suspected.
So u want them to lie?
@@2high83 lol no. Im sure she is a great person. But the title of this video is misleading.
Im a Sista from Brooklyn and I've always loved Madonna.
José, thanks for posting this. I, always, loved you from the very beginning of your time with Madonna. I love you even more.,after seeing this. I can feel the sincerity of your heart. Thanks for sharing.
Xtravaganza POWER!!!! Omg I remember him from Paris Is Burning!!! Fabulous dancer....New Subbie
Men kissing is disgusting, and so is Madonna!!
deni helms go awayyyyyy homophobic twatwaffle!
I saw that I thought it was so good and I heard alot if them weren't pleased with the movie..i didnt understand
Thanks for sharing José. Thanks for keeping me company with all the other artists in the Blond Ambition tour throughout my troubled 90’s. I couldn’t be a dancer (not talented enough) but I could always enjoy watching the show on vhs over and over again
What a great interview and the interviewer is fantastic! I enjoyed it a lot! Thanks!
I grew up loving Madonna and those music videos. I remember my sister and I trying to learn the Vogue dance and thinking we were so cool. It's really great to see these guys after so many years. God bless them and thanks for sharing.
🌹
This is why I love Jose X 😍
The Host of this Show is Fantastic! She deserves to be on TV. Better than most stupid interviewer. She just sounded so interested and Real!
How did I not see this interview until now?? Lol!!! Love it! You guys are all amazing!!! Xo
They sued her cause they were broke and desperate. They didn’t give a damn what was in that movie. And Gabrielle in the closet? Lmao Please! That queen?!
I love Jose and all of them!! This is History made ,amazing people and extraordinary dancers!!! Epic Legends!!!
❤❤❤❤ you all are still inspirational. Especially Jose for Latinos e Latinas. I looked up to you Jose til this day. Machismo amor ache , namaste.❤🙌🏾
I love her.
Fire in Babylon
Oliver is the only straight guy in this interview but how come he look less straight than the other two real gay guys makes me go hmmmmmmm.... 🤔
This has buggin me since the 90s.
I was just about to post the same comment when I saw yours.... Lol... The "straight" guy is more fem than the rest.... Somebody's still keeping the truth from moms 😂
That just means you have to reconsider your own stereotypes.
@@CalifaJohn1 stereotypical or not it still buggin me. not hating or anything. i see, i think, i ask.

We all had a crush on Oliver.
Queen Madonna let the world see how great Vogue is. She took it around the world and look how everyone knows what it is.
Loving the Musicology shirt! Shout out to #PRINCE
Loooove that cd he gave everyone 1 that came into his show I was shocked
Is Oliver ever going to stop lying to his self.
He is not just gay he is a legendary homosexual to sit there and say I’m not gay girl stop
David Garvin Oliver used to be homophobic at first until he got to know how nice gay men really were
Paul O your joking right
David Garvin never been more serious...
Paul O well I’m laughing. You should do standup
They were great as Madonna's backup dancers.
Jose, you are my idol in The Blond Ambition Tour! «What you have I've seen!» LMAO HAHAHAHA!
I cried with Oliver. This is why it's important to hate on ignorant people. It's better to try to change a mind. People are capable of change.
Mr. Jose Xtravaganza you are LEGENDARRRRAAAAYYYYYY!
" Man shall not live on bread alone but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God."
love and admire these men so much!!!
