Our lads need to spend more time training together to get used to the new players. Additionally, we need to simply work harder and desire to win more. We need a stronger desire to win, and we need to go after constant wins or at least doing our best!
I feel a bit sorry for Dougie as he will probably know with so many new players coming in it's going to take a while to gel. I'm sure Dougie will turn things around. I wish Dougie all the best going forward this season.
