The audio at the end of this song is in fact Mariah Carey. It's not a voicemail. It's from a studio session from when they were recording a collab.
Dina Rae, who eventually was picked for the song Superman confirmed this in an interview. The song Superman from The Eminem Show album was originally supposed to be featuring Mariah Carey, but then her & Eminem got into their little relationship problem, so they called up Dina Rae to replace her.
Mariah Carey stans are usually out in full force on The Warning reaction videos spamming that "it's a fake voicemail at the end!"

Based on the Warning, I believe what Eminem was saying regarding the voicemails that he has that Mariah has sent him. It’s very shady of her that she can’t admit one little thing that happened. There’s no shame on hooking up with Eminem but she acts like as if it was a horrible thing. If she was more honest about her past relationships, she would have not been slammed by Eminem. So no… I don’t have any sympathy for her. She got what she deserves.

BEFORE Mariah and Nick got married, there was a short period of time where rumors swirled of Mariah hooking up with Em. She then turned around and publicly DENIED these rumors, and said basically that she would never hook up with Em to begin with. THEN she turned around and put out her "Obsession" video that has an actor that dressed and behaved like an "obsessed Em stalking her".
So, Em put this out and it basically shut down Mariah COMPLETELY! She never addressed the issue again and refused to talk about it when asked. She married Nick, they divorced, and suddenly 10 years later, Nick started going around talking about how Mariah "won" the beef while trying to "urge Em to get on Nick's show by putting out diss tracks against Em" (Some of the weakest and saddest diss tracks ever released)
Em IGNORED the whole Nick portion due to knowing it was a public ploy to get Em to go on Nick's show, which Em refused to do... and the show itself was cancelled shortly after.
ANYONE who hears "The Warning" completely KNOWS TO THEIR BONES that Em utterly destroyed Mariah in this "beef". And the reason you don't hear about it anymore is because Mariah and her camp are SCARED that if they "poke the bear" by going after Em again, that he will unleash on her more than her camp can deal with. Rumors of possible private calls, private pictures, and possibly even a private video has circulated for years. The only reason none of this has been confirmed is because Em hasn't released them, BECAUSE Mariah has kept her mouth shut.
