- Well, this is kind of a different animal. The 112+ was based off the drive circuit of a certain solid state amplifier with a similar name. The more you turn the knobs on this puppy, the more it sucks you in.

Amazing
cool pedal for sure!
It's got it's own thing goin' on, so I'd call it a success regardless of anything else. But it sounds good! Obviously there's no room for a 9v battery inside, so that would limit it's usefulness to me. But it is cool.
pretty strict battery guy eh? i admire that.
Just one or two pedals between the guitar and amp is my preference. Power supplies can feel like umbilical cords to those of us who don't use pedalboards. Some pedal seem to like batteries just a bit better, and battery power can cut down on the line noises one might get from a/c lines, depending.
Still, your demo of the Demedash has really caught my interest for it, and it seems to hit it's goal soundwise. I could always hook up an external 9v battery box/clip if and when I wanted to.
And I'm wondering what the results we be of putting one of my germanium boosters/treble boosters in front of the 112+ and then into the front end one of my tube amps.
this pedal is really just not battery friendly with 32v charge pumping going on, with how much quicker 18v charge pump drains couldn't imagine the amount of batteries this would go through
Fantastic 👌
hey! thanks jordan!!!
Am I being thick here? What's the solid state amp this is based on? The only SS amp with '112+' in it's name that comes to mind is the Peavey Bandit 112+
Oh wait - Princeton 112 Plus
i think it’s the deluxe 112 plus, but could be the princeton.
@@DemosInTheDark Only one that came to mind was the 112+, which I abused the hell out of as a recording amp in the 90s!
meh
cool.
