Led need a constant current power supply. Not constant voltage.

@@Azhichupani Not like that. For every led light there is a safe current. So we need to control current. Not voltage. Then if you give 1volt led will not work because sufficient current will not flow. Thats not mean led need constant voltage.

If you have more doubt than reverse engineering a backlight board of led tv. Also can test the working of led tester.
