Kushina: “I love you”
That’s all the words Naruto ever wanted to hear. Those three words
Sakura : i love you
Naruto : stop the cap i haven’t met my mom yet
The reason for this is because that similarity they have.
Also Hinata: *tells Naruto that but in a way that is ambiguous enough between platonic and romantic for Kishimoto to ignore it until Chapter 700*
@@purpleskullz3577 😂😂😂
@@asmontosborne3111 I mean,at that time it was too early to start their relationship

The whole Shippuden was an emotional rollecoaster ❤️❤️❤️
Me too
And yet we cry “monster!” when Sakura does it. What is this fandom?😑
Too bad I lost my ability to feel for any character cuz this is like the 500th time to see a character with a sad backstory
Naruto being confused and even thinking Kushina is Kurama's true form yet going straight for a hug when he finds out she's his mother... Perfect characterization

The moment he realized who she was and just embraced her was just sooooo damn good a mothers warm hugs could take away any pain your going through. Merry Christmas Everyone!!
merry Christmas and you got that right
this was a long time coming for sure to first meet his dad the 4th Hokage but his mom, man that's like epic bc no one can replace a mother as it were and kushina was truly a mom even at the end T_T
Your right it when she not here with those warm hugs you miss the most
I'm late but merry Christmas to you too!
Same to you
“Are you the Nine tails?”💀
Naruto meeting his Mom & Dad made me weep like a baby😭😭
Except he punched Minato
and hugged Kushina
On both of their 1st meetings
@haganezuka7521 For good reason, though. Minato took a massive gamble, giving Naruto half of Kurama's power and the life he lived because of it was tough, not to mention he was fighting Pain at the time and was an emotional wreck after Jiraiya's death. Minato is also the 4th hokage, he is the man who holds the most responsibility in the village at the time not Kushina and therefore gets the blame (alongside the 3rd hokage).
When he met Kushina he had no idea about her at all, he was just glad to meet his mother and tbh if Kushina had her way she probably would never have given Naruto the 9 tails, it was Minato's idea to believe in his son to master that power to become a force for good.
The trembling hands were the most realistic part for me. Imagine not meeting your mom your whole life and suddenly she’s right infront of you. When that moment realization hits, I would be trembling so much too. What a series. Will always go down as one of the GOATs
And knowing she died for u.... 😭😭😭😭

Honestly this arc not only shed some light on the mysteries of the show but it also showed us one of the most if not the most loving parents in anime history. The sacrifice and pain they went through to ensure Naruto's survival is just heartbreaking. When Naruto cried as soon as he realized who Kushina was hurt me so much cuz since I was a kid I WATCHED him grow, people give him the cold shoulder and see him overcome all those trials without his parents support. Really great Series.
If you think minato and kushina are the most loving parents in anime history then you haven't watched much anime

“i’ve always wanted to meet you mom” you can tell he’s been holding that in since the beginning of kid naruto. i love how mature he got. it makes me so happy
This and Naruto reiterating to Minato everything Kushina has told him in the last moments of her life at the end of the 4th ninja war are two of the most endearing moments in the anime.
Why is because she had hoped her words reached Naruto as a baby, who without knowing, who subconsciously held true to most what she said and without even knowing told the same words back to Minato to tell Kushina that she didnt have to worry without realizing that he's lived by his mothers principles.
I think this small part is missed by a lot of people because I never heard anybody mention it.
Her words definitely reached Naruto.
Damn..
The story of Minato and Kushina deaths is narrated to Naruto in this episode, along her final words. So in theory, he indeed did hear them.
Absolutely
Kushina is the best thing to happen in Naruto.
Kurama : and i took that personal
That kinda sus bro
and then Himawari being the best one in Boruto
Technically Naruto wouldn’t exist without her.

The hand tremble and the quivering lips… the hug, the tears, the words.. one of the most heartbreaking and emotional scenes in all of animeverse.
All the major character deaths such as Neji, Garra (He got better), Asuma, etc. and it was this scene that got me choked up the most. One of the best, if not the best, ‘emotional’ type character introductions in anime.
same here, i cried so hard during this scene
And jiraiya too
Ofc yes! And Zabuza!!
Itachi ❤❤
He got better 😂😂😂😂😂
Naruto trembling after realizing he finally get to meet his mom, man the feels.
This is honestly one of my favorite scenes in shippuden

What a great moment I was so glad for naruto, his personality definitely came from kushina!

1:25 Noone cant hold tears when this song comes in
One of my favorite scenes with one of my favorite characters. This is so wholesome and showing the realism in how Naruto felt seeing Kushina was so heartwarming. Not everyone got to hug their mother but when you do it's like all your pain goes away in an instant and you feel the connection between you and her. I have a close relationship with my mom so being with her makes me feel so happy. I love Kushina , Minato , and Naruto so much and I know for sure if they were alive to see him as Hokage they would be the proudest parents and it's so great to see they still love him like there's no tommorrow 😊
Nothing more heartfelt than that of a child hugging a parent, especially one that has missed the other for a long time.
One of my favorite moments, so heartwarming ❤️

Best moment of the pre-war arc. Meeting with Kushina is gonna be forever in my heart as the warmest moment in the series. Kushina is the best mom!
This scene was actually heart wrenching. This is the first time i’ve ever teared up while watching an anime
This always makes me cry, the way he says “mom” and such it’s so heart wrenching…
Boruto and Himawari meeting their Grandma would’ve been something special
The trembling hands, wrinkled lips and the immediate hug as he realizes who she is ❤😭❤😭
I grew up watching him struggle, you can't help but to feel so incredibly happy for him. Our boy probably wanted this more than anything else in his life so far ❤
The fact that Naruto was surprised that she said "dattebane" and that he wasn't the only person to say something similar!
I swear to god I don’t think I’ve ever cried so much for an anime in my entire life. Just seeing naruto meet his mom for this first time I was sobbing 🥺This is my first time watching Naruto and I can see why everyone enjoys it so much it plays with your emotions the right amount and has some splendid writing. Man I wish more Animes were as good as naruto these days
Top 10 best moments in Naruto. This was so wholesome
I almost cried when he started hugging his mom sad and super adorable I love how he feels when he met his mom so much love between families
I couldn't stop my tears when he hugged his mom for the first time.. You can literally feel that
The first time I watched this moment, I was a sobbing mess. Every time I watch this moment, I cry. I've always know exactly how Naruto's character felt throughout the entire show, but this moment was the moment I felt like I truly connected with Naruto completely. Now more so than ever since my mom died. What I wouldn't give to be able to talk to her again…
Scene still makes me wanna cry to this day.
This is one of the most beautiful moments in Naruto, and there are a lot of them in this anime, Naruto's voice actress conveyed it very well
I don't know why but after all this years, I still tear up over this scene 😢😭
It is what it is
The love I have for Kushina is unexplainable….like I love her soooo much 😭
Kushina: You know!
Naruto: Believe it!
Starting from 1:19 tears were all over the place for me. It still makes my eyes wet when I rewatch this scene. Such an emotional roller coaster, beautifully done.
The emotions in Naruto is just something else. Not a single other anime made me cry like Naruto. Best anime ever 🤍

She healed him from his pain 🖤
Cannot not cry with this scene, its so beatiful their love, even that they never met before, that actually made their love even bigger
Naruto getting to hug his mom is one of the best moments in the series.
Ughhh no matter how old this scene gets it still breaks my heart over and over my sweet naruto
Damn I remembered this like pretty much yesterday still, if only Kishimoto have gave us a brief flashback on more about the Uzamaki Clan because theirs just so much more things that we just don’t know about them still at times we really have to wonder about them still, would be really great if it is brought up in Boruto still because that would be quite amazing still man.
Lol, he should have brought them up in boruto right since the series began. Except he still isn't doing so and wasting their potential. Naruto no longer has kurama and access to his chakra. This is a perfect time right now to reintroduce the concept and build upon it.
I never understood why the main character's clan didn't get development but others did
@@lapplandkun9273 honestly I think it was kinda stupid how that happened. Kurama was with Naruto since his literal infancy and became so much more than a "Tailed Beast" while with him.
Then he just [spoiler] against the "bigger bad than even Kaguya" which is BS on so many levels, but sure lets just [spoiler] Kurama because its _totally_ not because the creator just wants to milk the emotional feelings of the reader/watcher, right?
But still, I can only hope that they do something decent with this development besides shock and awe value 🙄
This show is full of emotional moments like this. 🥹
The way he was figiting and then ran up to hug her says alot, naruto growing up without a mother or mother figure in his life really has had a major impact on him
One thing that makes the beginning of this scene kind of sad when you think about it, is that Kushina thought that Naruto would recognize her, which means she hoped that whoever took care of him when she died would show him a picture or tell who she was. it was....But we know that it never happened
It’s still the most confusing part/plot hole of the entries series. How the 3rd hokage never properly looked after him and let the village treat him the way they did.
@@dr.trousers6101 the idea that literally no one would tell the beloved 4th Hokage's son, about the crazy heroic sacrifice his parents made for the good of the whole village. Especially since a bijuu seems to be pretty common knowledge for everyone of like jonin level, it's wild how ostracized he would be and that literally no one would think to hone this superpowerful weapon for the good of the village, as seen with Killer Bee and Gaara
@@geekroom2365 author didnt think ahead very well when writing i guess. ah well

THIS. this scene make all manliest men in the world cries as well,, god when naruto starts to cry, I began cry like a baby fr
There is no way to explain the feeling of watching this when Naruto was still on air, every Thursday. I remember watching this episode like it was yesterday. I started Shippuden in 2010-2011 if I´m correct, and caught up around episode 220, right before this. It was a pain to wait a whole week for a new episode and some fillers were a pain, but growing up watching Naruto instead of watching it completely when it's done is a different experience. The nostalgia hits hard af, not just because of the anime, it also takes me back to when I was like 13 yo (and happy lol)
Add this to the scenes that will make me cry immediately 😭
And naruto asking iruka to be his dad at the wedding
Ahh many years has passed but the feelings towards this scenes are still remains same😢😅😔
This....this one episode was the one that broke me.
I don't cry to offten but this was a meeting I really hoped we would see. Naruto being embraced by the comfort of his Mother was just beautiful. Especially after all of his suffering.
