Princess has the best closets on the mainstream cruise lines. Also love the laundromat!

Has to be my favorite cabin category over all the lines we have been on. That curtain separator is the BEST. and (2) TVs keeps the sleeping in and the early riser happy happy.

Mini suites are the only thing I book with the princess!
I've been in this suite twice. Once in the Majestic and once in the Discovery princess. Awesome cabin. My only suggestion would be to have the same size but the bed close to the balcony. If you've ever been lucky enough to have the bed next to the balcony, it's more cathartic to leave the door slightly ajar and hear and feel the ocean.... it's truly awesome. We've found it's also nice to have the open space near the entry door and closets vs near the entry of the cabin.

Just got back from an Alaskan cruise on Ruby Princess. Had a balcony cabin on deck 11 for myself, friends had a mini-suite on deck 9, group of three. The higher up decks you go, the smaller the balcony. That being said, when I toured their cabin, was amazed how spacious it was with the sofa area, balcony, and bathroom. For myself, a regular balcony cabin was plenty of room. If it was a family of three or four, definitely would go with the mini suite. Don't feel on top of one another especially when getting ready for dinner, getting back from tours, etc.

I find them a bit pricey!
It’s great that you can afford a mini suite now, but most of us can’t. I miss the days of new upstart cruise CZcamsrs giving us tip on how to cruise cheaply because that’s all they could afford then too.
What we love about mini suites is that they are priced closer to a balcony cabin (on Princess). We only paid $300 more for this one, for three people for 12 nights than a balcony. We are ALWAYS on a budget when we cruise, too. Sadly cruises in general are all pretty pricey right now.
@@CruiseTipsTV sadly we can’t even afford balconies right now. We’ve done inside for the last three or four cruises because of price.
Just get what you can afford.....simple!!!
