anyway, i hope you enjoyed watching this as much as i enjoyed making this video! hopefully this gave a bit more insight into what being a college student at hopkins is like (or honestly, what it's like to be a college student in general).

@@esuonen thank you I really appreciate it! I understand your worries! I initially entered the school wanting to do pre-med (it has been my plan my entire life) and follow the psychology track. However, I realized a couple months in that pre-med and medical school isn't really what I wanted to do and I prefer the field of clinical psychology (which involves a PhD) compared to psychiatry (an MD). I highly recommend the school if you are interested in pre-med, it is very well known for its HUGE public health department! But if you decide pre-med isn't for you, JHU is still a pretty good option especially if you stay within health care! But there are plenty of humanities students here too :)
As far as being an international student, there's a really large community of international students here! I'm friends with a few from various places around the world, so I doubt you would feel too isolated in that aspect. The dorms are included within tuition (you are required to live on campus your freshman and sophomore year), so that shouldn't be a worry either. There are a lot of social clubs and cultural clubs here as well that you can get involved in that have a lot of weekly activities. Hopefully this helps!
