Yooo thank you dude this really helped🙌🙌
Thank you from Italy! the solution is the best. THX
🙏🙏🙏
@liveartlife Last weekend I took a motorcycle ride and i put my gopro hero 7 on my motorcycle and the result was incredibile.
Yes brother, this is the best solution what I found, coz for the Vlog maybe it’s ok to use auto shatter, but for the bikes or more cinematic videos is disgustingly to use auto shatter !
thank you sir for share your brilliant setting. i appreciate so much because need to use nd filter and stabilizer together 😊🙏
I like your solution and your way of explaining. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge. I was on the fence about buying ND filters because of the stabilization issues. I'm glad I found your video. 4K 24fps shutter 1/96 4K or 5K with Fps X4 . Wrote it all down 😉😊. You're a legend. Thank you
thank you )
@@liveartlife very welcome 😊
Good advice, I used it on my motorcycle trip, but I can still see the mountain tops in the distance shaking, trembling, whatever. So for me, as I want to capture the beautiful scenery while riding, in full details, the motion blur will be cancelled. I'd rather not have any motion blur than come up after 5 hrs of riding with shaky landscapes all around. But probably for slower paced footage, the settings you proposed would work great. Cheers !
I have been trying to find a video telling about this problem for 1 month. Thank you!
Thanks man,Great Video❤️ a small tip for motovloggers it is better to have less stablisation during motorcycle rides to bring that cinematic feel,i personally do 4k/30 with the shutter speed 1/60 and hypersmooth turned on.(Gopro hero 9)these settings work great for me cause it gives the feeling of speed and that raw cinematic footage.🎥
Thanks. Theres always somebody that never will accept how to do things because many say same thing.
New to gopro 11. This will help me a lot.
Yeah, it’s the best way to use go pro with ND, coz without ND u need amazing location to have good picture, but with a filter everything looks more cinematic, more pleasing to your eyes.
same problem here my friend. you were the one who got closest to the perfection image
Great video no one has telling this
Took me while to find tour video but its great. I had been problems with the stabilization
Thanks brother, God bless you.
TY for the tip!Hopefully it will works well on my Hero 9 for motovlogging.
It will works, believe me, I did motovlogging also, and the picture was really nice. Pls give me feedback later !
That looks great. I have just started using a GoPro and need some ND filters so this helps
That's interesting man. Definitely, gonna test it!
u will see the results !
Great video bro!
Great infos. Thanks.
Hi from Italy, I bought the ND filters a few days ago and I didn't know how to best use them when filming my rides with enduro motorbike. Thanks to you I now know how to do it, but how can I best adjust the exposure of my GoPro 10 action camera? Thank you very much
U should remember that stabilization will be not the same, like in auto settings !
For the Moto rides I think it’s good to mount camera on the helmet or chest and used ND16 or ND32 depending of the weather and sun.
4-5k 30fps or 25fps
25fps can be more cinematic ( 1/100 shutter)
30fps - a bit more smoother (1/120 shutter)
If u want to mount camera on bike, not on your body or helmet is better to shoot without ND and auto shatter speed
@@liveartlife thanks 👍
Thanks for the excellent advice, but should I keep the stabilization on the GoPro, off, low or high?
I using standard or high with ND filters
Thank you. I will try this on my next video with my gopro
This is the best solution what I found, it’s not perfect, but the best balanced between motion blur and stabilization)
@@liveartlife yeah. I tried it out.
I do paragliding videos.
I think i landed on full auto on shutter.
Where i miss the motion blur is durong takeoff and landing. Thanks for the tip anyway :) work mush better than dobble framerate
Ohh bro
For paragliding u don’t need motion blur !
Of course !
It’s good for cinematic videos, some type of vlogs, cars, motorcycles, and etc
For action sports I think it’s unnecessary!
@@liveartlife its only in landing i miss it.
Really jittery picture, when landing fast, on espesially grass.
Thank you
Thanks for the upload 🎥👍👍
Show muito top o vídeo parabéns vou está testando na minha hero 12
Thank you!
Great! 🔥 👍
Thank you, bro for this tips!
🤙🤙🤙
Thx, this will help. Much appreciated
🙏
great tip! thanks for sharing!!
Interesting video, thanks for advice :)
👍👍👍
great tip!
Does it work with the Gopro hero 12 as well? Sorry if this seems like a silly question 🙃
yes, of course ! U can use it.
But most important for what kind of shooting u need motion blur.
Coz maybe for u it will be just auto shutter speed
@@liveartlifeok, thank you for the advice. Appreciate it 👍🏻
Which ND filter are you using?
They are really simple from brand Telesin ! I don’t see the reason to buy super expensive ND just for action camera, coz I don’t see the real difference in the picture!
@@liveartlife Oh. I have used Telesin for my Hero 7. Thank you for your reply. Much appreciated.
Yes, it’s a good filters, I compared them to more expensive ones, but I did not see any difference !
@ 3:41 , so you're recommending 4k or 5k 30fps with 1/120 shutter for best motion blur and stabilization? Im using my gopro for racing on a bike. and just got my nd to avoid jitter footage.
Yes u can try 4k or 5k with 30fps and ND filters, and if u like the results u can use it for the future. Coz I prefer with motion blur when I drive Moto, without ND it’s more stable picture but looks cheap and poor.
@@liveartlife thanks, have tried 5k 24 fps with 1/96 ss, still shaky a bit, but motion looks good.
@@shutterbyifan7958 sometimes better to use 25-30fps
I noticed riding my motorcycle with the GoPro 10 mounted on the helmet, that the motionblur also will be on -for example- on traffic. That I didn't want. I also tried several settings and found for myself that I do not want motion blur (in my case) but I do want the hypersmooth. This video: czcams.com/video/hAb6VNcUI7Y/video.html is showing my settings and it works great for me!
Awesome!!!! 🤩Thanks so much for sharing this! Big like 👍🏻Subscribed ⭐
I bought ND filters and stopped to use them on GoPro because of the annoying jello effect on the videos...
Yeah, but if u using with mine method u will have a great picture ! Only be careful if it’s evening or dark situation, just always check before filming! Usually
I used ND 8 or ND 16, ND 32 only at summer time in the middle of day.
@@liveartlife I will also try if I will turn off the stabilization in camera and film with ND, if I can stabilize in Gyroflow afterwards
@@JaroslavBengl yes u can try, But that's a lot of extra work!
@@liveartlife Yup, it is. I will let you know if it works well…
Bravo!
🙏
What would you recommend for CZcams for best quality to shoot i do all my editing on phone app and upload, for the average joe ?
best quality will be 60fps to be honest, coz the bitrate higher.
But I prefer on gopro 4r 30fps, but 60 will be higher bitrate.
Hi man nice video but I have a question for you: 1.This tip works on every filters or not(I mean like I can use 16 nd or 64nd for this)?2.what lens I need to use with this settings?:)Thanks for video I like!
U need to use ND exactly for yours light conditions. And any lens u want
This helps a lot! did you turn on your Hypersmooth setting?
yes, stabilization was always ON for all shots what i had there.
Great advice but if I had a nd 8 or 16 what would the settings be ?
Doesn’t matter which filter u have, settings all the same, but if it will be to bright outside, u need to buy ND32 I think.
nd 8 or 16 on a sunny day will be much brighter and you can use high shutter to lessend the brightness, the problem you will loss some motion blur
how about "Iso" setting sir?.
I don’t used in normal day more then 400, sometimes 800(but it’s maximum) only in bad weather !
What are your hypersmooth settings? Do you you use it too? I'm trying to get the best out , for my motorcyle Videos i use the chesty because it's the only way i can use my pro so far , so i need some stabilization!
Yes, hypersmooth is ON !
For Moto vlogs u can use 4k 25fps or 30fps, shutter 1/100 or 1/120. Stabilization ON !
This is if u using ND filters.
Was Hypersmooth set to ON or BOOST in this test? That's a huge variable.
U can use both, it’s not super huge difference with this settings for shutter
what setting and nd filter would you recommend for waterfalls to get the smooth silky shot?
u want make photos with gopro ?
@@liveartlife yes, if i may ask, what photo setting would you use with the nd filter on waterfalls?
@@wheelcalls u should use ND 1000, something like this.
U can use also night mode photo, to have long exposure, and ISO min 100, max 100.
But unfortunately I don’t used GoPro for photos, coz I have mirrorless camera for this.
@@liveartlife thanks for the tips
@@wheelcalls 🙏🙏🙏
bro two minutes in and you repeated yourself three times.
coz for some people its difficult to understand information! if they are not pro in this.
