One thing to add I came here looking for an answer as to why I couldn't get the temperature control knob onto its metal housing. There is a small screw/Allen key bolt that you need to loosen before it will slide into the housing if the knob.
Unfortunately their grease tray inside the smoker is spot welded on rather the solder welding the grease tray across the top. So be prepared to wipe grease off the ground as it leaks past the grease tray to bottom barrel. The splatter from the drip pan will splatter on the inside barrel wall and leak down the barrel wall. All they had to do was solder weld the top fully instead of spot welding it on.
You didn't show any installation here, my friend. It was basically before and after pics. What's the point in an installation video if the unit is installed for 90% of the video? For morons like myself who come to CZcams to watch someone do it, a slowed down process would be ideal.
Great teaching video Tom!!
I agree with you. Tom is a good teacher.

I’d like to buy one of these but where does the grease go?

Jonny jetstreamer Thanks For Watching! There is a grease pull out stainless grease tray on the Sear Box that collect the grease.
Looks like 'Camp chef' are slightly more innovative than 'blackstone' both great products, but I can see why 'camp chef' appeals.
Nigel I agree! Thanks for Watching Nigel!
