Can you come back to the point or place from your previous track later on (not the same day using route back), but let’s say for the next day running. Is it saved on the watch?
with everything on including fitness apps for swimming, taking calls, timer, constant connection with Bluetooth for weather, messages and more, minus gps, I got just a few hours under 22 days on a charge. More than happy with the battery life and the performance of this watch, and ease of use.
I have the Huawei Watch GT2 and I noticed that the Huawei Health smartphone app doesn't receive the latest updates in the Google Play store. After a phone update to Android 10 opening the old version of Health shows an error pop up which can be discarded and it seems to be working okay. But tracking activities through the Health app (wanted to use the phone's GPS tracking instead of the one in the watch) showed that Huawei Health stops after about 30 minutes of tracking and needs to be re-opened on the phone. All Huawei apps on the phone are excluded from battery management/optimizations. I had to install the Huawei App Store to install the latest Health app version. Not a big fan of adding 3rd party app stores...

Good review. But you should buy a chest strap for heart rate comparison. All wrist based sensors are very inaccurate, specially when there are quick changes.
(That's why I only use fitness trackers that can pair to a chest strap)

I am not sure if those watches are for me, because I wear suits almost all the time, because I am a manager and have a lots of meetings, but damn I love how solid they look.
Other option is Huawei GT 2 Pro, those will get along with my suit :) They have same features/ even slightly better than Honor GS Pro, but they dont look so good as GS Pro

You need to also go into the watch settings and reset it to reconnect it to the app.

I'm looking for smartwatch that looks similar to Magic Watch2/ GT 2 have wear OS, no problems with google pays offline spotify etc, and battery with at least week, build mic and speaker for talking (e-sim will be an extra option). There is something like that ?
Wear OS and one week? Not possible. My TicWatch Pro 3 max three days.

Unfortunately, you didn't check the route back function and didn't talk about the long GPS connection time. For example, my Garmin gets connected in no longer then 7-8 seconds, no matter what, whereas with my GS pro anything between 10-12 seconds to 2 minutes is possible.

This smartwatch had an update to install apps, but they don't work if your phone isn't Honor or Huawei.

1 gigabytes of ram ? it has 32 mbyte ;) I guess that explains why it IS laggy but also how they have crazy good battery life time :)
I own a Huawei Watch Fit which has the same Lite OS and even if it doesn't have the same CPU it is, i can see it as laggy as yours. I'm about to receive my Samsung Watch Active which looks way better, way more fluid and even with better screen (super amoled). I paid it 55 euros on similar as craiglist. The downside will be 2 days of battery life, we'll see if that's acceptable. Thx for the review.
A ladies watch
@@heybettan Since then, i've changed it for a Galaxy Watch (not active) and it's perfect. Since the last update it can hold nearly 5 days and it looks nothing like a ladies watch even if i have no problem with this. I can call, answer calls on my bike and many more very useful features that i use nearly every days.
the watches are manufactured in 2022, so if you buy it now the battery will last 7 days, while it has been in the box for say 2 years the battery has depreciated, I have one

Gs pro better build, t rex user friendly interface and integration with zepp
Step count on this watch is way off. Not 2 or 3% it's up to 2x more what it should be on some days. Or just random. Everything else is pretty solid.

I have the watch, with android 11 I can't receive mail notifications on the watch even if I gave permission from the phone, because android 11 works with gmail, I use outlook and I also have mail and gmail is registered in outlook, I receive messages on the watch only from gmail on who don't use it, a big disappointment, I'm interested in the email messages that don't come on the watch. something else to tell you, the battery only lasts 7 days because if you buy the watch now, it's manufactured in 2022 and it's been in the box and the battery has depreciated let me tell you, I bought a watch on aliexpress in 2022 and the battery lasted 14 days, I bought another one in 2024 (now it costs 65 dollars) and the battery lasts 7 days, maybe someone knows why I don't receive notifications from yahoo mail on the watch from android 11

Reminds me of the Amazfit t-rex. I don't know, looks pretty cheap and ugly to me.
T-rex is rugged. It's made to look like a durable plastic watch. I like it, especially since it use screw bar instead of the unreliable spring bar design that won't last, unless your watch is steel or titanium. The spring bar design has ruined every plastic watch I've owned.
