    樓花真係一場賭博⋯⋯時間太長,而家買2028先交貨,2019買2023交貨但上唔到銀行,又估唔足價

    現在的利率并不高。6 - 8% 是正常位。上一辈的人还见过超18%的按揭。

      上一輩人的薪水和樓價比率合理過宜家好多,借唔多即使18%都affordable.

      @@iphone4mak930你算錯了,我朋友在九十年代買了一排屋,借了15萬,當時12厘,凈利息千五元一個月,那時普通人收入都是千五元左右一個月,當時感覺到他的壓力很大😂

    Compare to Toronto, Vancouver housing market is more stable . Ppl in Vancouver have more cash . Cash is king . They can handle better, does not have that big problem in Toronto. A lot of ppl in Toronto have too much leverage

      Vancouver is a real short of supply🤷🏻‍♀️,cos land available for redevelopment is very limited. as landlord,I just start a new tenancy for 2-bedroom suite at $2800/mo which is roughly 4% gross return

      Honest , if the interest rate is starting to drop next year , I will buy more in Vancouver for rental as long as the rent is still good . The potential of capital gain is high in Vancouver, no other cities can compare.
