That s why it's important for young black man or men to know your rights, the law and the criminal justice process who, when and where the DA and the cops built their so called case. What are you arrest for or being charged with, you didn't give me a Miranda warning or citation you are under arrest for whatever the offense was, your have the right to remain silent , you have the right to an attorney, if you cannot afford an attorney one be appointed to you by the court and or free of charge. You can also challenge them on sight via the incident about who, what and why they stopped you and pull you over in your call.
