Outdoor Condenser Size Matters ، Mitsubishi Fan Also have same Design (toma hawk) Mitsubishi Have Better Service network in India one the Other Hand General Dont Sell Oficially Here , You Cant Get Proper Service , They Dont have many model options even in Online, Both are Best Brands .

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries AC, service is pathetic in my experience. Machine is excellent . Company sublets service contract to other company,which in turn send roadside mechanics and charge exorbitantly.e.g. i was asked 800 as visit fee just to inspect .
I think you should directly mail to MHI head office in Japan informing all the problems may be they would take some action..

I have O General 1.5 ton hot n cold AC
( Naam bade Darshan chote ) and i giving trusted unbaised review having my own ownership experience so far
Pros : Nothing specials in comparison to other branded AC's
Cons listed below :-
1. Worst After Sale Service actually they don't have their own service network they have given services to third party service provider.
2. Rs 35000 to 40,000 expensive then other branded ACs and performance is similar instead we can buy 2 hot n cold AC which we can use in winter as well in a price is single O General AC
3. My Electricity consumption per month as increased to Rs 1500 to 2000 after installing O General AC so it is not electricity savvy
4. O general known for its non invertor AC i mistakenly bought it s hot n cold invertor AC and my experience is very poor so far as mentioned below :-
In summer : very poor
In Rainy : Average / ok
Winter : Average /ok
5. Their Customer care represtative don't have any idea and knowledge about their own products and they ask us to call local dealers or area manager to get more information about their products instead it is good to buy an AC of a well established brand because after sale service is very important .
So don't buy O General All weather or hot n cold invertor AC Instead we can buy other reputed brands AC's like Panasonic ,LG ,Hitachi in half price and get similar performance
