call centre or call center is a centralised office used for receiving or transmitting a large volume of requests by phone
Types of call centers Beyond inbound (Handle queries), outbound (Make calls) and blended (Handle both incoming & outgoing calls), there are further classifications of call centers:
#In-house call center: The company owns and runs its own call center.
#Outsourced call center: The company hires a third party to handle calls on its behalf, generally to reduce operating costs.
#Offshore call center: A company has outsourced its call center operations to an organization in another country.
#Virtual call center: Agents are geographically dispersed and answer calls utilizing cloud call center technology.
Do's and Don'ts of interview
Do's
(1) Remember that the interviewers are men of great experience. They are fully acquainted with the nature of the duty and qualities required of a person for the particular job. They can judge a person's worth and his capabilities from his words and expression.
(2) Give your best to the interviewers. Cover your weakness through the presentation of other achievements.
(3) Have sufficient confidence in yourself to evoke confidence in the interviewers.
(4) Remain unperturbed and composed and keep your interest throughout the interview.
(5) First listen very attentively and carefully to the question put to you. Then answer it in a natural and normal way.
(6) Adopt a pleasing manner of a speech.
(7) Follow the interviewers swiftly and grasp the new question to tackle it with maximum energy and interest.
(8) Feel pleased with your surrounding and be at your ease in the company of the interviwers.
(9) Develop your personality to suit the post for which you have applied.
(10) Be prompt without being hasty, quick without being aggressive.
(11) Establish a rapport with the interviewers.
(12) Emit vivacity and enthusiasm from yours looks and expressions.
(13) Be perfectly normal.
(14) Show pleasing and graceful manners, sufficient politeness and verve.
(15) Be smartly and soberly dressed.

Not gonna lie confidence is the only thing u need I gave interview at first source and I got selected in 2 mints and I don't even speak English as good as other candidates so just be confident....

my observations about a girl interview process
1.she never express genue feelingsi.e means she referred interview question and search for each question for different answer and prepared a notes and expressing infront of interviewer.
2.interview pannel peoples uploaded purpose preared qand answer give to this girl and expressing infront interview pannel.
Today she is successful banker with such mock practices.
Never underestimate anyone by looking at the present situation of a person

Sir my age is 31 and i completed my B.E degree in 2008 but i was diagnosed with severe kidney disease and after that i was on dialysis. I didn't do anything in between these years . But my kidney transplant has been done 1 years ago and now i am jobless .so ,please air guide me should i share my disease with HR or not and if not then what should i tell if they ask me about what u did in between these years ....please sir help me i am not financially prosperous.thanks

nowadays people who work on roadside and roadside can earn more money than most people who work in IT and BPO even beggars can get more, the mentality of parents to educate the children as much as possible thinking they will become big people but only 5 out of 100 will do what they studied for..............

call center ki job bhout bekar h. usme bhi domestic ( Hindi) call center ki. salary to 6000 dege. uper se only 1 weekly off. international call center me 5 days working or salary bhi 18000se start.

Don't worry dear firstly i have also started my carrier from one the largest BPO iwhich was CONCENTRIX. Initially i used to get 15k in a mounth and me also graduated from B. Com. Now i am working in US healthcare its American company not call center so i think you have given interview at the wrong place cause qualification matters but not as much.

What if you don't have experience in BPO?
There is nothing much to concern about it .There are two kind of vacancies in BPO .Even Fresher could apply ...So it doesn't matter whether you have any experience or not .You should have guts and notion to work in the ambiance of call centres and learn the work .
