- Assassin's Creed Valhalla give us a glimpse of what happen to The Ones Who Came Before.
Become Eivor, a Viking raider raised to be a fearless warrior, and lead your clan from icy desolation in Norway to a new home amid the lush farmlands of ninth-century England. Find your settlement and conquer this hostile land by any means to earn a place in Valhalla. England in the age of the Vikings is a fractured nation of petty lords and warring kingdoms. Beneath the chaos lies a rich and untamed land waiting for a new conqueror. Unleash the ruthless fighting style of a Viking warrior as you dual-wield axes, swords, or even shields against relentless foes. Sail across the icy North Sea to discover and conquer the broken kingdoms of England. Immerse yourself in activities like hunting and drinking games or engage in traditional Norse competitions like flyting or as it's better known, verbally devastating rivals through the art of the Viking rap battle.

Those suits do remind me of what Adam and Eve wore in that First Civilization Cutscene in Assassin's Creed 2... Maybe after the disjointed story in Odyssey, they're finally getting back on track. Interesting. :-)
the suits and architecture remind me of the forerunners from the halo franchise and both species had some things in common, both of them were wiped out by a huge disaster (isu - wiped out by a solar flare, forerunners - wiped out by a parasitical alien creature called the flood) and both left behind impressive ruins, both waged war with humanity
@@CommunistHydra they weren't nude, they wore high tech skin suits, lol you either wore dirty glasses or you were half asleep when you watched that clip, look again boyo
Maybe we actually get to find out about eve
Yes, they are getting back on track in fact (spoilers I’ll write it down below)
Desmond is sorta back, he is now in a sort of animus with Layla trying to figure out how to save the world and is now named the reader or something like that
@@evanderholyfield6283 We did in Odyssey. One of the side missions include helping an Isu scientist reconcile with a human woman.
Their affair(s) led to a hybrid daughter named Eve.
Pretty smart move on how Norse mythology was formed here wow especially Odin. So every Norse and Greek or any other kind of gods are just creations and experiments and consciousness
remember, their motto is "history is our playground" . basically every religion on earth have some connection to the first civilization if we follow this game's logic
@@Pompeius.magnus true indeed dude I love that about assassins creed I give them that it’s awesome to see a backstory
All of AC gods are ISU
That was explained in Odyessy.
@@pixelcount350 I didn’t play or watch odyssey but good to know now
Thats not the ending, thats the cutscene you get from anomalies.
Because no one reach the ending yet..and the game isn't even officially released.
I like how all of the stuff from Odyessy and Origins are coming together. Smart writing.
+ Assassin's creed 3 and 1 in this game.
They are doing a nice job connecting everything and even Origins and Odyssey explained some stuff
@@TheAngous Especially Orgins and Odyssey. They make it fairly clear that what we are seeing with the mysticism is both what people interprets do to religion being inherently developed in the human mind.
It's called long term booking
Do you remember assassin's creed revelation. Earthquake
yes, i think it's exact same catastrophe that we saw in revelations
@@Pompeius.magnus it is. There was only one catastrophe.
I've always wondered if there was this super advanced society with tech similar to computers and electricity like the ones we have, but was forgotten long, long ago through the advance of time. Like maybe Billions of Years ago, give anything enough time and any trace will soon be buried in history. Shit like that was always interesting to me.
@Jovan Popovic so better delete your comment delusional idiot
@Jovan Popovic Oh you HIGH high, my dude.
@Jovan Popovic please stop trying to get people to join your fake cause
@Jovan Popovic LOL 11,000 years old?! The earth is way older than that. Yes let's believe made up ideas instead of facts. Your Religion was just made as a political scam to control people into a following through fear. "God will punish you if you sin" Facepalm. Let's just say there was...either humans vastly misinterpreted the text or he does not interfere the way we believe. Get your jesus out of here. All religion causes is war. The only plus side is that people believe in something bigger than themselves or in a way of hope which can heal.
The trace would not have vanished. We found even over bilion year old fossils (bacteria), and any advanced society creates lots of evidence - building, metal object and so on.
Well finally the end of RPG Assassin's Creed Trilogy.
Or is it?
i don't think so 😣
You might get 2 more games before they enter the next story arch with i predict is the semi modern era (WW2, Native America, Civil War, Wild West and Cold War)
@@okthanks8061 Yes Ubi said the same but i doubt they will keep attention
@@okthanks8061 Yeah it's looking likely we will. I figured this was how the second arch would end. Loki will probably bring all of the evil ISU back while your new character goes in into the animus to uncover something to stop Loki.
@@okthanks8061 Look at my comments again. I'm not talking about the present era. I'm talking about Wild West, WW2 and Cold War. And i know they've stated they wouldn't touch these eras but it makes sense that this will be the next thing after 1 or 2 more ganes.
I dont understand...so Loki takes the place of Odin?
Basim as the next main character for the next trilogy is gonna be intersting...
So...Male Eivor body has the same look as Odin?
Basically they both look like Odin because his DNA is in both of them. When Eivor is a male his conection to Odin is alot stronger compared to when Eivor is a female. Canon wise I think Eivor is female.
@@technesis6574 The devs are on record saying that both male and female Eivor are cannon.
@@technesis6574 Why is it?
@@AtlasPrimeV They need to explain how. Having the DNA of both so the Animus picks it up is one thing but when Evior was alive what were they ? Male or Female ?
@@technesis6574 I don't think they ever will. They'll cop-out as to not piss off anyone. I say just pick one gender yourself and who cares about anything else.
How did you get here this fast? The games just came out
Ayo wth? How has this guy finished the game already
Its from the game files
Datamining
Explain me all, I don't understand the final of the game, this cinematics and wtf is Eivor is ODIN?
Is there no sound for everyone else?
is this a death stranding reference
Why is there no sound
No sound?
If you ask me this trilogy of AC titles really killed the interesting mystery of the Isu First Civilization.
for me it's better than milking the franchise without even explaining the story of The Isu
This isn't ending
Guys, who was the one who got stabbed by Loki?
Where's the sound?
It's just the video file from the game directory on PC.
The audio is on a separate file that merges with the video in the game.
If I were to guess then female eivor is the true eivor while male eivor is Odin using a method similar to Aita so when Odins dna strand is selected the animus perceives eivor as Odin since he was likely conscious throughout eivors life. Im assuming this video indicates eivor is a sage for a isu other then Aita
Nope, not quit.
No neither is canon. The director already said they weren't doing the same stuff they did in Odyssey where one is canon because you can tell the directed delivery made the male character a Dbag.
@@bmagada you choose what you character says. The line that you don't are the same for both genders. So how can the male be as you say a dad if the female isn't aswell?
@@bmagada both are cannon ffs
@@TheWhiteWolf68 Both are canon in Valhalla , Kassandra was canon in AC Odyssey
how do i get this cutscene in the game
It's the ending for Asgard storyline, the one where you go through a dream in Valka's hut
I am so confused
So basically Eivor is a reincarnation/Sage of Odin?
yes Like Aita in AC4 and 5.
So is Eivor an Ancestor of Odin or IS he Odin
@@alexevans4637 but Sages have normally Two different Eye Colors
@@alexevans4637 ahhh That makes Sence Nice to Know thx
So if "mythologic gods" were experiements
What about abraham religion's prophets???
I mean,was jesus a isu hybrid-descensant ???
prophets like Mesus,David and Muhammed guided by last isu's,help them to shape humanity then send their last secret messages as their religion books like Psalmas,Torah and Quran???
It was explained that they either were ISU Hybrids or Just people with ISU artifacts.
Also ISU had their message prescribed in textures before they all died out. Humans just ended up corrupting the messages.
The gods are not experiments they are isu
Apparently from AC2 or ACB Jesus was a human with strong Isu dna (like Kassandra) and had pieces of Eden
@@TheAngous Kassandra was a direct Hybrid ISU offspring is why she was special among the rest.
why no sound?
Probably to avoid a copyright strike from Ubisoft
This is from the game files
@@markwright3353 i see, thanks :) still an awesome scene :D can't wait to get my hands on this game
I'm going to make an educated guess and think that perhaps it's similar to the same type of mystery footage you get in Assassin's Creed 2. Where the character has to collect the artifacts and it reveals the footage piece by piece. This could be an unfinished collection of artifacts that OP has yet to get.
Wait what am I watching rn, anyone give me some backstory
This is the completion of the anomalies, like that the things from ac2
@@eliteeagle5270 oh, so not the main story ending? Like the historic part I mean
@@timoplays478 the ending is pretty similar,
Nordic Isu, a culture within the race who created humanity trying to prevent the apocalypse 70 thousand years ago.
Honestly, I'm not about to sit through Valhalla's story to try and piece together how it relates to First Civ stuff. I skipped Odyssey as well. I just can't do these long drawn out rpg's. But what I'm getting from this is that the norse gods are actually isu and they made eivor for some reason? Why are those babies so fucking big? Why are the isu being attacked and by who?
All of the gods are isu.
Why are they being attacked? We don't know yet
You really need to check on Odyssey. Many answers about isu are given in the dlc and the main story explain how the templars were "kinda" powerful in the first place.
Also, Kassandra (Odyssey main character) can appear in every game now. I mean, she died in the Present storyline at the end. So she lived during 2500 years and had part on many assassin's creed stories.
@@TheAngous that's what I thought when I finished Odyssey. Kassandra should appear in every game now. And she could also took part in the past mc journey
Every culture has its gods, and in the Assassin's Creed universe, the gods are all part of an ancient race of people called the Isu, but most people refer to them as The Ones Who Came Before or the First Civ. The Norse Isu in this clip are attempting to save themselves from the Solar catastrophe by preserving themselves as Sages to be reborn when the damage is done, similar to Juno's husband Aita being constantly reborn after every generation.
Wtf even is assassins creed. Imma pretend theyre using the "assassins creed " name to meet a sales quota and promote these new stand alone games
Supranatural thing has always been the core element of assassin's Creed tho
@@Pompeius.magnus yes but atleast the other games blended fantasy and realism and it was "Balanced"
@@memeprez1281 I think we already know that from Origins to Valhalla will be a fantasy trilogy. So I already see this kind of things coming
Dude now the game has lost value
How exactly??
Spoiled the ending
If you clicked on this you asked for it.
Asked for what tho?
