I'd like to see a dartboard ranking system for 2021 as you reviewed 5 dartboards (I think). I've just put up a brand new Mission Samurai 2 board up and so far I'm impressed.
I thought about it but its not the same with boards, they are so inconsistent, you will get X number of people saying how great a board is then X number saying how bad it is. In the end its only what I think works best for me and with boards its more a mixed bag. I may do something along that lines once I have done a full long term test of them all though :)
@@jonathanbradley7186 I too have the samurai. Good board but I think its really soft as I also have a blade dual core and my darts go a lot deeper into the samurai but still its gr8 value for money. I think the blade 6 triple core is hands down the best though but it is pricey and if you look at the pdc eclipse ultra look at the state it is in after only a few sets played .

Your throwing style has been an inspiration for me since a couple of weeks ago now. Still trying to work it out completely. Could you maybe make a video about your own style, the way you stand, where you are looking at when it comes to aiming and so on.. :)
not sure I would emulate the way I throw, it is not my natural style but one I developed after a few injuries and dartitis. It can change often too, usually just little changes but sometimes I have to change stance depending on what is hurting. I have tried to make it as easy to replicate as I can but some days I struggle to get the feel for it, may be more to do with my nerve damage but when I get it working smoothly I usually play quite well with it. I’d love to see a review of the RedDragon RazorEdge or Winmau Sabotage. Both very similar darts. These are very affordable and I use them a couple of years now. These are very good grippy darts and I love the Razor grip with the smooth tapered front section.
I have the new Razor Edge Extreme which I will be reviewing in a couple of weeks. Most of the normal Razor Edge are pretty much the same as the Wright WC darts I have reviewed already :)

Thanks for doing these videos they have been so helpful . A few years ago I bought the harrows predator based off its first spot that year. I have loved them and used them forever. Until this year when I bought the celt druids which are incredible. They practically throw themselves. For the record I throw 25 gram version of both. Only downside to the celts are the $200 price tag

They’re all great looking darts, got a couple of sets of these, Soots and the Harrows ICE and they’re fantastic. Got the Viking Ravens coming and next will be the Shot Celt Druids, just love that shape of dart, looks a very similar shape to the Shot Viking Berserker that I’m playing what the moment. Great end of year Darren! Front gripper for life- ours are very similar so I always find these helpful. What darts do you throw the most in your actual playing time outside of review? or which few sets are near the top?

Lots of shot darts made the list. Very nice darts, just wish they weren't all $100+. I am going to get me some of those celtic druids and those Taylor 8s.
Nah, the price is reasonable for what you get, typically a damn well machined dart with innovative grip patterns that is as well playable as pretty. Have 20 sets of Shot!, mostly the expensive ones...and I don´t regret anything. Perfect darts that elevated my game by several notches, especially the Ballista, the Legion and the Caesar.
Thanks! lol I get aches and pains often in various places and joints, it felt like a hot needle going through my foot, at present my wrist is really hurting which is holding me up doing my reviews, may have to strap it up and soldier on though as it does not seem to be improving much.
Its really not that simple. Theres's a lot more to each individual grip and throw that will dictate what is best. I'd suggest trying out a few different shapes with cheaper darts that have grip at the rear and seeing waht works best for how you hold and release the darts. Like pick up a straight barrel, a bomb style, and maybe a front tapered, and a torpedo style from somewhere like puredarts or one of the designa ranges and see what feels best to you.
There is no best of any dart, only what works best for you. Some rear grippers prefer straight barrels, some like front weighted, some like a rear weighted dart. You need to find out what suits you. Also depends how much grip you need as some may have more grip or scallops on the rear part.

I'm a rear gripper and I recommend you the Mission Kuro Black Model 4, it has a fantastic grip at the rear section :-) cheers, mate!
