- In this restoration video I will restore , this Wen Planer on in a auction and I had a project coming up that needs a side fence I thought this would be cool restoration video to undertake, as I was restoring this notice that the nickel plating had deteriorated quite badly and decided to lash out and buy electroplating plating station not quite as cheap as I thought as I don't only want to do just screws but larger objects as well, however I have got it now so we can only move forward on my list of workshop toys {hope my workshop is big enough} through a bit of stop motion filming as well for a bit of fun
had to reedit this sorry if you have seen this in the past

Loved the stop-motion re-assembly! That must have taken longer than the whole restoration. Wish there would've been a demonstration though.
thanks ,no it definitely takes longer to restore
Plenty of ideas from this Richard. Well done. I really liked the animation as well.
Thanks for your feed back cheers Richard 😀
Wow that was great. That stop motion at the end must have taken hours. Turned out brilliantly. Well done
Hi Austeration thanks for the engouement i like doing the stop motion but doesn't get many views
@@richardrestorations that's always the way when you put so much work into something. It's very clever though 👍
Great job. Very similar to the old Tarplaner.
Thanks 😊
Well done. 👍
thanks
Keep up the good work!!! interesting and fascinating to watch!!! Inspiration to you👍
Thanks for the encouragement 😀
Lol. Mate, I'm already subscribed 😀 👍 nice job. 👍
thanks Cathy
Dude: one simply MUST turn the "restored" tool ON and demonstrate its use, to qualify as a restoration video.
I don't make the rules. Just observe them.
It IS very shiny however, great job at that.
There were legal concerns within the New Zealand safety standards which provided huge fines regarding whether I could be prosecuted for doing my own wiring and giving evidence on CZcams
I've done a bit more research and found that providing it is used in my own workshop and not for sale and a disclaimer that I'm an unqualified idiot and this video is not for reference for wiring, or not showing it going which takes away complications!! what would you do?

Thanks Jose
